De knoppen zijn niet verlicht.
- De machine gaat automatisch UIT. Zie de paragraaf Energiebesparing.
- Druk op START | ANNULEREN of SELECTEREN om de machine weer AAN te zetten.

koffiedoorloop.
- Controleer of de watertank correct is geplaatst. Vul de tank met water als hij leeg is. - Ontkalk de machine als dat nodig is.

- Verwarm het kopje voor.
- Ontkalk de machine als dat nodig is.
De hendel sluit niet goed.
- Leeg het afvalbakje.
- Controleer of er geen capsule de machine van binnenuit blokkeert. (Pas op: steek uw
vinger niet in de machine)
Lekkage (water onder de machine).
- Leeg het lekbakje als deze vol is.
- Controleer of het lekbakje veilig is geplaatst.
- Neem contact op met de Nespresso klantenservice als het probleem zich blijft
voordoen.
Geen koffiedoorloop: het water stroomt
direct in het afvalbakje (ondanks de
geplaatste capsule).
- Zorg ervoor dat de hendel dicht is. - Leeg het afvalbakje en controleer of er geen capsule de machine van binnenuit blokkeert.
(Pas op: steek uw vinger niet in de machine) Neem contact op met de Nespresso
klantenservice als het probleem zich blijft voordoen.
Het kleurenscherm is zwak verlicht en
moeilijk te zien/lezen.
- Het scherm dimt automatisch nadat de machine 2 minuten niet is gebruikt.
- Zie de paragraaf Energiebesparing.
- Druk op START | ANNULEREN of SELECTEREN om de machine weer AAN te zetten.
- Pas de helderheid van het scherm aan. Ga naar het Instellingen-menu. Selecteer
Helderheid. Draai aan de knop en selecteer hoog.
De knoppen knipperen.
- Volg de aanwijzingen op het scherm.
- Controleer de watertank. Is de watertank leeg, vul hem dan met drinkwater en bereid
uw koffie.
- Controleer het stoompijpje op blokkades. Gebruik de schoonmaakpin onder de
watertank om de openingen vrij te maken.
- Ontkalk de machine als dat nodig is.
- Reinig het stoompijpje volgens de procedure Maak opzetstuk schoon.
De melding 'Vul de watertank' blijft op het
scherm verschijnen (de watertank is vol).
- Controleer of de watertank correct is geplaatst. - Neem contact op met de Nespresso klantenservice als het probleem zich blijft voordoen.
De melding Nu Ontkalken verschijnt op
het scherm.
- Ontkalk de machine. Ga naar het Onderhoud-menu.
- Selecteer Ontkalken en volg de aanwijzingen op het scherm.
De melding 'Machine fout' verschijnt op
het scherm.
- De machine heeft een storing.
- Ga naar nespresso.com of neem contact op met de Nespresso klantenservice.
De machine is AAN maar doet niets
meer.
- Zet de machine uit door op START | ANNULEREN te drukken.
- Wacht 60 minuten en druk op START | ANNULEREN of SELECTEREN om de machine
weer AAN te zetten.
- Neem contact op met de Nespresso klantenservice als het probleem zich blijft voordoen.
De machine schakelt zichzelf UIT.
- Om energie te besparen, schakelt de machine automatisch UIT nadat u hem 10
minuten niet hebt gebruikt. Zie de paragraaf Energiebesparing.
- Druk op START | ANNULEREN of SELECTEREN om de machine weer AAN te zetten.
