BLAT DE TORT

• 500 g făină integrală
• 250 g unt sau margarină, frecate
• 250 g zahăr
• 2 picături de esență de vanilie
• 4 ouă
• 15 g praf de copt
• 125 ml lapte
• 1 vârf de cuțit de sare
Ungeți și tapetați o tavă de tort rotundă și adâncă, de 23 cm. Preîncălziți cuptorul la190°C/375°F/treapta de
gaz 5. Introduceți toate ingredientele în vas, mixați la viteza 1 timp de 30 secunde, apoi la viteza 3 timp de
3 minute, până când amestecul devine omogen. Turnați aluatul în tava de tort și coaceți în centrul
cuptorului timp de 50-60 minute, până când pe frigăruie nu se mai prinde aluat. Lăsați la răcit pe o tavă de
metal. Diversicați rețeta de bază adăugând 100 g stade, nuci tocate sau ciocolată rasă.
REȚETE BLENDER
SUPĂ DE PRAZ ŞI CARTOFI
• 150g praz
• 150g carto
• 800ml apă
• 2 cuburi de carne de pui
• sare şi piper
Procesaţi prazul şi cartoi timp de 2 secunde. Transferaţi amestecul într-o cratiţă mare. Adăugaţi apa şi
cuburile de carne de pui. Lăsaţi să dea în clocot, amestecând. Daţi focul mai mic. Acoperiţi cratiţa. Fierbeţi
la loc mic timp de 20 minute. Luaţi-o de pe foc. Lăsaţi să se răcească timp de 30 minute. Procesaţi
amestecul până devine moale. Încălziţi supa pentru a  servită (nu lăsaţi să arbă). Condimentaţi după
gust. A se servi cu pâine.
