1 pequeno molho de coentros, picados sumo de 1-2 limas
1 pedaço de gengibre pequeno, descascado e cortado em rodelas finas
Reserve a galinha, os coentros e o sumo de lima. Coloque todos os outros ingredientes no jarro.
Prima o botão “N” Após 30 minutos, adicione a galinha. Aguarde o programa terminar.
Misture os coentros picados e o sumo de lima e sirva.

Coloque o azeite, a cebola e o alho no jarro. Prima o botão “L” Cozinhe durante 3 minutos.
Pressione e solte o botão Y. Adicione os tomates, a pasta de tomate, o vinagre de xerez e
o açúcar. Tempere com sal e pimenta. Prima o botão “M” Aguarde o programa terminar.
Misture o manjericão picado (opcional) e sirva.
