biscotti alle mandorle
125g burro/margarina
40g mandorle macinate
50g zucchero raffinato
½ t lievito in polvere
250g farina bianca
essenza di limone (opzionale)

Mettere burro e zucchero in una ciotola. Battere a velocità media fino a raggiungere una
consistenza soffice (1-2 minuti). Rompere l’uovo/le uova. Incorporare gli ingredienti rimasti
biscotti semplici
150g burro/margarina
300g farina bianca

consistenza soffice (1-2 minuti). Rompere l’uovo/le uova. Incorporare gli ingredienti rimasti
cottura al forno
Passare l’impasto attraverso l’accessorio. Dare la forma ai biscotti. Distender su un foglio di carta
da forno oleato. Cuocere in forno pre-riscaldato a 200°C per 6-10 minuti.
