SVINJETINA U SLATKOKISELOM UMAKU
750 g svinjetine (Izrežite na komade veličine 1-2

30 ml biljnog ulja
2 zelene paprike (Izrežite na komade veličine

3 crvene paprike (Izrežite na komade veličine
1-2 cm)
2 žute paprike (Izrežite na komade veličine 1-2
cm)
1 vezica mladog luka, nasjeckanog
2 glavice bijelog luka (Izrežite na komade
veličine 1-2 cm)
2 glavice crvenog luka (Izrežite na komade
veličine 1-2 cm)
½ ananasa (Izrežite na komade veličine 1-2 cm)
4 češnja češnjaka, izrezanog na male kockice
500 ml kečapa od rajčice
200 ml umaka od šljiva
60 ml rižinog octa
100 ml Worcestershire umaka
200 ml sosa od ostrige
200 g super nog šećera
600 ml vode
200 g tamnog umaka od soje
40 g kukuruznog brašna
Uklonite lonac za kuhanje i stavite ga na ploču za kuhanje. Dodajte ulje i popržite male komadiće
svinjetine dok ne potamne. Dodajte sve ostale sastojke, vratite lonac za kuhanje u vaš lonac za sporo
kuhanje i kuhajte na temperaturi 2 4-6 sati.
STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING
300 g datulja, nasjeckanih
120 ml punomasnog mlijeka
2 g sode bikarbone
180 g običnog brašna
5 g praška za pecivo
2 g soli
3 g mješavine začina (za britanski puding)
175 g svijetlo smeđeg šećera
115 g maslaca
2 velika jaja
Stavite datulje i mlijeko u šerpu i smjesu dovedite do ključanja. Dodajte sodu bikarbonu, promiješajte i
ostavite da se ohladi. Miješajte šećer i maslac, potom dodajte jedno po jedno jaje dok neprestano miješate.
Prosijte brašno i prašak za pecivo i umiješajte sol i mješavinu začina. Umiješajte to u mješavinu s maslacem.
Obložite lonac za sporo kuhanje aluminijskom folijom premazanom maslacem. Sipajte mješavinu u zdjelu
i kuhajte na temperaturi 2 2-3 sata.

1 l pilećeg temeljca
15 g đumbira, sitno naribanog
3 češnja češnjaka, izrezanog na male kockice
20 ml tamnog umaka od soje
20 g super nog šećera
200 g kuhanog pilećeg batka
300 g klica graha
3 mrkve izrezane na trake
200 g slatkog graška (mange tout), izrezanog na
trake
4 mlada luka, sitno izrezana
1 zeleni limun, sok i korica
200 g rezanaca
10 g svježeg korijandera
Soli i papra po želji
Stavite sve sastojke (osim rezanaca i korijandera) u lonac za sporo kuhanje i kuhajte na temperaturi 2 4-5
sati. Dodajte rezance i kuhajte dok nisu kuhani. Kod služenja pospite korijanderom.
