DEZERT STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING
300 g ďatlí, nakrájaných
120 ml plnotučného mlieka
2 g sódy bikarbóny
180 g hladkej múky
5 g prášku do pečiva
2 g soli
3 g miešaného (pudingového) korenia - britská
zmes sladkých korenín, v ktorej prevláda
škorica, s muškátovým orieškom a novým
korením.
175 g svetlohnedého cukru
115 g masla
2 veľké vajcia
Ďatle a mlieko dajte do panvice a priveďte do varu. Pridajte sódu bikarbónu, zamiešajte a nechajte
vychladnúť. Vymiešajte cukor s maslom, potom za stáleho miešania pridajte jednotlivo vajcia. Preosejte
múku a prášok do pečiva a vmiešajte soľ a miešané korenie. Zapracujte to do vymiešaného masla. Varnú
nádobu pomalého hrnca obložte zvnútra alobalom, ktorý ste potreli maslom. Nalejte zmes do nádoby a
na programe 2 varte 2-3 hodiny.
REZANCOVÁ POLIEVKA
1 l kuracieho vývaru
15 g zázvoru, nastrúhaného najemno
3 strúčiky cesnaku, nakrájaného najemno
20 ml tmavej sójovej omáčky
20 g práškového cukru
200 g vareného kuracieho stehna
300 g fazuľových klíčkov
3 mrkvy nakrájané na pásiky
200 g hráškových strukov, nakrájaných na
prúžky
4 jarné cibuľky nakrájané najemno
1 limetka, šťava a kôra
200 g rezancov
10 g čerstvého koriandra
Soľ a čierne korenie na ochutenie
Všetky suroviny (okrem rezancov a koriandra) vložte do varnej nádoby pomalého hrnca a na programe 2
varte 4-5 hodín. Pridajte rezance a varte, kým rezance nie sú hotové. Podávajte poprášené koriandrom.
