PUDIN DE TOFFEE CARAMELIZADO
300 g de dátiles, troceados
120 ml de leche entera
2 g de bicarbonato sódico
180 g de harina blanca
5 g de levadura química
2 g de sal
3 g de especias para pudin
175 g de azúcar moreno claro
115 g de mantequilla
2 huevos grandes camperos
Poner los dátiles y la leche en un cazo y calentar hasta que rompa a hervir. Añadir el bicarbonato sódico,
remover y dejar enfriar. Batir el azúcar y la mantequilla y añadir los huevos uno a uno, sin dejar de batir.
Tamizar la harina y la levadura química e incorporar la sal y las especias de pudin . Incorporar esto a la
mezcla de mantequilla. Forrar la cazuela de la olla de cocción lenta con papel de aluminio untado con
mantequilla. Verter la mezcla en la cazuela y cocinar en el modo 2 durante 2-3 horas.
SOPA DE FIDEOS
1L de caldo de pollo
15 g de gengibre, rallado no
3 dientes de ajo, picados nos
20 ml de salsa de soja oscura
20 g de azúcar extrana
200 g de muslo de pollo cocido
300 g de brotes de soja
3 zanahorias cortadas en tiras
200 g de tirabeques, cortados en tiras
4 cebolletas en rodajas nas
1 lima, su zumo y la ralladura
200 g de deos chinos
10 g de cilantro fresco
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Ponga todos los ingredientes (salvo los deos y el cilantro) en la olla de cocción lenta y cocínelos en el
modo 2 durante 4-5 horas. A continuación, añada los deos y prosiga la cocción hasta que los deos estén
listos. Servir con cilantro picado por encima.
