Thank you and congratulation on your purchase of our electric replace product. Please read the
installation instructions before installing and operating this appliance.
IMPORTANT: Read all the instructions and warnings carefully before using. Failure to follow these
instructions may result in a possible electric shock, re hazard and/or injury.
If you are assembling this unit for someone else, give this manual to him or her to read and save
for future reference.
QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE
Wherever the manual speaks about the heater, this only applies for the MF1530H and the
MF1510H units.
I. Please ensure the following points before installation:
1. The rated voltage and power supply of the electric replace must be the same;
2. The replace bulbs should be in a good condition. Please refer to the maintenance section of
the manual.
II. The electric replace heater may give off a little harmless odor upon rst use which is normal
and will soon disappear.
III. If the replace does not give off any heat, rst check that the heating switch is in the correct
position. For detailed information, please refer to the operation section of the manual.

Operating instructions must be strictly followed; otherwise, it may injure the users or cause a
hazard.
IMPORTANT SPECIFICATIONS
WARNING
Please read the following specications thoroughly and follow them carefully to
prevent accidental re, electric shock and physical injury.
1. Please read the specications carefully before using the product.
2. The electric replace will get hot when in use. Please do not touch the hot surfaces or bulb
as this can result in a burn. Also, please keep ammable materials such as clothes, bedclothes,
furniture, paper and curtains 100cm away from the replace. Do not cover or block the heater’s
outlet or other outlets at any time. Do not place the replace on a soft surface because this may
also block the outlet.
3. Keep this electrical appliance out of reach of children or persons with reduced physical or men-
tal capabilities. Do not let them use the appliances without supervision.
4. Do not install this electric replace directly on a carpet or on any other surface that may interfere
with the circulation of air at the base of the replace.
5. Please pull out the power plug when not in use.
6. When switching off the electric replace, please turn off all the switches and pull the power plug
out of the wall socket.
7. This product is for indoor use only.
8. The replace may not work in a wet environment such as in the bathroom or near the washing
machine. Please keep the electric replace away from water containers.
9. Do not use the re place if the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufactur-
er, a service agent or a similarly qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
10. Do not lay the wire under a carpet. Do not put rugs, the legs of furniture or other heavy objects
on the wire. Keep the wire out of areas of general use.
11. Keep the outlets clear of any material as this may cause electric shock, accidental re or dam-
age the replace.
12. Due to the possibility of spark generation, do not use the replace in areas which store gas,
paint and other inammable and explosive substances.
13. It is prohibited to alter the product in any way. Please use the electric replace as per speci-
cation. Any other methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer may cause accidental
re, electric shock or physical injury.
14. If you use an extension cable, please use three-core expansion cable with load bearing capac-
ity under 250V/16A and earth it reliably.
15. If the heating unit becomes overheated, the replace will make a warning sound or a warning
light will ash. In this case, please turn off the heating unit immediately.
16. Do not burn wood or other materials inside the electric replace.
17. Do not hit the glass of the replace.
18. Please use the socket with excellent earth, fuse and earth electrode.
19. Please pull out the power plug when cleaning, maintaining or removing the replace.

20. Please keep the replace and wiring dry when transporting or storing them (remove the water
before moving the replace). Avoid strenuous vibration to prevent damage to the replace.
21. In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
22. The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet.
23. When you are not using the unit for a longer period of time or if you want to transport please
empty the container.
INSTALLATION
This section is the guidance for electric replace installation
Leave a clearance of at least 1cm between the replace recess and the surround of the replace to
ease installation.
The electric replace does not need a ue.
Warning
1. The power socket shall be AC230V/15A three-core socket with excellent earth, fuse and earth
leakage protection.
2. Note:
In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater. Do not scrape the plastic off the core of
replace or install the core directly on a soft surface. Otherwise, it may block the air circulation and
cause re accidents.
Install the electric replace in dry and safe places free from dust and ammable articles. Please
ensure that objects such as curtains not to block the outlet.
3. It is possible that the ames become lower when the heating function is switched on. This can be
prevented by placing the surround 10 mm from the wall.
Reminder
1. It is advisable to install the electric replace near the socket to ease electric installation.
2. First place the electric replace on the selected position to see whether it is satisfactory.
3. This electric replace is not allowed to be installed directly onto a wall. Place the mantel in the
desired location or build a replace recess in the desired location on the oor near the wall. The
size of the recess should be:

When placing the replace or building the wall structure, please place the insert in dry, safe
and clean place.

Atomizer Cleaning
1. In order to enjoy the optimum visual effect of your mist replace it is suggested that you clean
the water scale and stain on the atomization unit at least every two to four weeks. (The volume
of mist will reduce by no less than 30% after 3000 hours use.)
2. Take out the log set and water tank as the steps show on above images.
3. Take out the distributor as per the following image.
Take out the atomizer and unplug the connector.
4. Put atomizer in a container with water to clean. Use the brush to clean the dirt on atomizer
head.
5. Atomizer will wear out and will last for about one year just like the lightbulbs. If cleaned regular-
ly.

REMOTE CONTROL SPECIFICATION
I. Remote Controller and Control Panel
There are three buttons on the control panels of the remote control and electric replace. The
buttons with the same characters have the same function.
A. POWER SWITCH: This is a rocker switch for the mains power of the electric replace, the
switch is located on the right hand side underneath the log set.
B. CONTACT SWITCH: This is a safety switch. When the power switch is placed on I, there will
be a tone when you place back the log set. The tone means the unit is well connected, and the
product is in standby mode.
C. CONTROL PANEL: There are two control panels on both sides.
Control Panel on Right: including ON/OFF, LOW, HIGH
Control Panel on Left: including DIMMER+ and DIMMER-
ON/OFF: power on/off
LOW: press this button to have low heating (700W), press again to turn off heating
HIGH: press this button to have high heating (1500W), press again to turn off heating
DIMMER+ and DIMMER-: ame adjustment, dimmer+ for higher ame effect and dimmer- for
lower ame effect
D. The opening on both sides are the infrared receivers for the remote control, the signal will be re-
ceived through the grid to the bump. Do not cover the grid. When using the remote control, please
note the left side is for dimmer control and right side is for on/off and heating control, these are the
same features as for the manual control panel.

II. Operation of Remote Controller and Control Panel
This replace includes a remote controller. Please ensure the remote
controller is used with batteries included. The remote controller
will not work when it is without batteries or batteries out of power.
Please direct the remote controller at the electric replace at 1-5
meters distance, otherwise the remote controller could not work
properly. Please point the remote controller to the relevant grid for
the required functions. Do not cover the receiver on the remote
controller.
There is one main power switch on the appliance and four buttons
on both control panel and remote controller of the replace.
When the cassette version is built in, there is a possibility that you
have to hold the remote higher for a good connection with the
receiver.
A. POWER SWITCH: This is a switch for main power of the electric replace, turn the switch to I
for power on. Once power is turned on, it comes with a crisp warning tone to warn the operator the
power supply has been connected. All the function operations will not start automatically. To turn
off the power, turn the switch to O.
Remote Control:
B. ON/OFF: Push the ON/OFF button once to turn on the internal electric source of replace.
Meanwhile, the indicator light is on and simulated log set is lit up. Please note it will take about 48
seconds to see the ame effect due to the mist generation process. The heater functions will not
turn on unless push the heating buttons. Push the ON/OFF button again to turn off the replace.
C. DIMMER+ and DIMMER-: Flame adjustment, dimmer+ for higher ame effect and dimmer- for
lower ame effect. This unit has the memory function, it keeps the record for last ame adjustment
when you use it next time. If you don’t see the ame after 48 seconds, please try to push dimmer+,
a few times.
D. LOW/HIGH: When the unit is under working condition, push the LOW button once, the heater
starts to work at low heating after a warning tone. Push the button again, the heater stops. Push
the HIGH button once, the heater starts to work at high heating after a warning tone. Push the
button again, the heater stops. When the unit is under low heating, push HIGH button will switch
from low heating to high heating.
E. Switch off the power if you leave the replace for a long time.
Fireplace Surface Cleaning
Use a cloth dampened with warm water only to clean painted surface of electric replace. Do not
use abrasive cleaners.
Service
Except bulb replacement, water rell, atomizer cleaning and surface cleaning, all the other clean-
ings or modication please contact its service agent.
CAUTION RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. DO NOT OPEN THE
FIREPLACE.

SNELGIDS
LEES ALLE INSTRUCTIES VOOR HET GEBRUIK VAN DIT APPARAAT
Indien de gebruiksaanwijzing punten over de verwarming tegen komt tellen die alleen voor de
MF1530H en de MF1510H.
I. Let op de volgende punten voor installatie:
1. Deze haard mag alleen met wisselstroom worden gebruikt en de voedingsspanning moet over-
eenkomen met de op de haard aangegeven spanning.
2. De haard mag niet worden gebruikt als de lampen niet werken.
De lampen dienen regelmatig te worden geïnspecteerd, zoals beschreven onder “Onderhoud”
II. De verwarming van de haard kan in het begin een geur afgeven. Dit is normaal en zal snel
wegtrekken.
III. Als de haard geen warmte afgeeft, controleer of de schakelaar in de goede stand staat.

BELANGRIJKE SPECIFICATIES
Waarschuwing
Lees de volgende specicaties zorgvuldig en volg ze op om elektrische
schokken, verwondingen en brandgevaar te voorkomen.
1. Lees de specicaties zorgvuldig door, voordat u het product in gebruik neemt.
2. De haard kan heet worden bij gebruik. Raak de hete onderdelen of lampen niet aan, dit om
verwondingen te voorkomen. Houd ook brandbare materialen (kleren, bedlinnen, meubilair enz.)
minstens 100cm uit de buurt van de haard. Houd de uitlaat van de haard vrij. Zet de haard niet op
een zachte ondergrond omdat dit ook de uitlaat kan blokkeren.
3. Houd dit apparaat uit de buurt van kinderen of personen met beperkte lichamelijke of geestelijke
capaciteiten. Laat ze het apparaat niet gebruiken zonder toezicht.
4. Zet het apparaat niet direct op een tapijt of andere ondergrond die de circulatie van de haard
kan verstoren.
5. Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer de haard niet in gebruik is.
6. Let er op dat wanneer u de haard uitschakelt, u alle schakelaars uitzet.
7. Dit product in niet bedoeld voor buiten gebruik.
8. Het is mogelijk dat de haard niet werkt in een vochtige omgeving. Zoals een badkamer. Niet in
de buurt van water plaatsen.
9. Gebruik de haard niet als de kabel beschadigd is. Deze moet vervangen worden door de
fabrikant of gekwaliceerd persoon om risico van gevaar te voorkomen.
10. Leg de kabel niet onder tapijt. Zet geen zware objecten op de kabel.
11. Houd de uitlaat vrij van materialen, om een elektrische schok, brandgevaar of het beschadigen
van de haard voorkomen.
12. Vanwege de mogelijkheid van het ontstaan van een vonk. De haard niet gebruiken in een
ruimte waar gas, verf of andere explosieve en ontvlambare stoffen zijn opgeslagen.
13. Het is niet toegestaan de haard aan te passen. Gebruik de haard alleen zoals hij bedoeld is.
Gebruik anders dan de fabrikant het bedoeld heeft kan leiden tot brandgevaar, elektrische schok-
ken of verwondingen.
14. Als u een verlengsnoer gebruikt, zorg er dan voor dat u een drie aderig verlengsnoer met een
draagvermogen van 250V/16A gebruikt.
15. Als de haard een knipperend licht of piepend geluid maakt is dit een waarschuwing dat de
verwarming oververhit raakt. Wanneer dit gebeurt moet u de haard uitschakelen.
16. Verbrand geen hout of andere materialen in de elektrische haard.
17. Sla niet op het glas van de haard.
18. Gebruik alleen een goed geaard stopcontact.
19. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer u de haard schoonmaakt, onderhoud of
verwijderd.
20. Houd de haard en kabels droog bij het verplaatsen en opslaan (water uit de unit verwijderen).
Voorkom beschadiging aan de haard door er voorzichtig mee om te gaan.
21. Om oververhitting te voorkomen moet u de uitlaat vrij laten.
