Tipps zum Grillen
• Die Grillplatte ist antihaftbeschichtet und muss deshalb nur beim ersten Benutzen leicht eingefettet
werden. Anschließend ist kein Fett mehr nötig.
• Würzen Sie das Fleisch vor dem Grillen, aber salzen Sie es erst danach, es verliert sonst zuviel Saft.
• Bratwürste werden schon vor dem Grillen angestochen, damit sie nicht aufplatzen.
• Fleisch schmeckt besonders gut, wenn es vorher einige Zeit in Marinade eingelegt wurde.
• Nach Möglichkeit sollte das Grillgut schon 1/2 Stunde vorher aus dem Kühlschrank genommen
werden. Es brät dann schneller und Sie vermeiden, dass dickeres Fleisch innen kalt bleibt.
• Wählen Sie die Beilagen nach Ihrem persönlichen Geschmack und lassen Sie Ihrer Fantasie freien Lauf.

rated voltage must comply with the details on the rating label. Only connect to alternating current!

Packing material
Do not simply throw the packing material away but recycle it. Deliver paper, cardboard and corrugated
cardboard packing to collecting facilities. Also put plastic packing material and foils into the intended
collecting basins.
In the examples for the plastic marking PE stands for polyethylene,
the code gure 02 for PE-HD, 04 for PE-LD, PP for polypropylene, PS for polystyrene.
• Die Grillplatte und das Gehäuse können Sie mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen oder – bei Bedarf –
auch in lauwarmem Wasser mit Spülmittelzusatz reinigen. Gröbere Verschmutzungen zunächst mit
etwas Öl einweichen.
• Zur Entnahme der zur Sicherheit arretierten Grillplatte lockern Sie die Schraube des Befestigungs-
winkels an der Unterseite des Gehäuses und ziehen den Blechwinkel nach außen.
• Nach dem Reinigen die trockene Grillplatte wieder befestigen, indem der Winkel eingeschoben und
mit den beiden Schrauben xiert wird.
• Vor dem nächsten Gebrauch müssen die Grillplatte und die elektrischen Anschlüsse vollständig
getrocknet sein.
• Die Grillplatte ist antihaftbeschichtet, verwenden Sie deshalb auch zum Reinigen keine spitzen
Gegenstände oder aggressiven Reinigungsmittel,
• Generell zur Reinigung keine Scheuermittel, Stahlwolle, Backofensprays oder Dampfreiniger
verwenden!
