• Durch Berühren des „-“ Sensors (5) können Sie die
Temperatur bis auf 60 °C reduzieren
Angaben zu den Temperaturstufen (Die angegebenen Werte sind Richtwerte und gelten für
Stahl-Normtöpfe mit 20 cm Ø):
CT 2005/IN und CT 3405/IN
Stufe 01 60 °C Stufe 03 100 °C Stufe 05 140 °C Stufe 07 180 °C Stufe 09 220 °C
Stufe 02 80 °C Stufe 04 120 °C Stufe 06 160 °C Stufe 08 200 °C Stufe 10 240 °C
HINWEIS: Die Temperatur am Boden des Kochgeschirrs wird durch einen Sensor in der Mitte der
Kochstelle gemessen. Die Regelung funktioniert nur dann einwandfrei, wenn das Kochgeschirr diesen
Bereich überdeckt. Das Kochgeschirr sollte einen flachen und nicht zu dicken Boden besitzen um eine
gute Wärmeübertragung zu gewährleisten. Die maximal zulässige Temperatur für den Modus „Tempera-
turstufen“ beträgt 240 °C.
Wechsel zwischen Modus „Leistungsstufen“ und „Temperaturstufen“
Sie können jederzeit vom Modus „Leistungsstufen“ zum Modus „Temperaturstufen“ und umgekehrt
wechseln. Der zuletzt eingestellte Wert der jeweiligen Funktion wird beim Umschalten gespeichert.
• Berühren Sie während des Betriebes im Modus
„Leistungsstufen“ den Sensor „temp“ (6) um zum
Modus „Temperaturstufen“ zu wechseln.
• Berühren Sie während des Betriebes im Modus
„Temperaturstufen“ den Sensor „power“ (7) um
zum Modus „Leistungsstufen“ zu wechseln.
Laufzeit-Einstellung (Timer) - von 1 bis 180 Minuten
Die Laufzeit-Einstellung kann sowohl im Modus „Leistungsstufen“ als auch im Modus „Temperaturstufen“
aktiviert werden.
• Zum Aktivieren des Modus „Laufzeit-Einstellung“
berühren Sie den Sensor „timer“ (2).
• Das Gerät schaltet automatisch auf den Modus
„Laufzeit-Einstellung“ um. Im Display (4) erscheint
die Anzeige „0:00“, die LED „timer“ (8d) leuchtet
dauerhaft auf.
