Donuts de Manzana y Especias Mixtas

Esta masa para hoyo de Donuts queda mejor si se hace minutos antes
de hacer los hoyos de Donuts. Los hoyos de Donuts deshelados se
mantendrán bien dentro de un recipiente hermético hasta por un día.
1. Precaliente la Máquina para hacer hoyos de Donuts y pasteles en palito.
Combine los ingredientes secos en un tazón grande. Haga un hueco en
el centro. Eche y bata la mantequilla, la leche y el huevo hasta que la
mezcla se convierta en una masa suave. Transfiera a una jarra o manga
pastelera de tela.
2. Rocíe la Máquina para hacer hoyos de Donuts y pasteles en palito
con aceite de cocina. Llene las bases de los agujeros de Donuts
precalentados con la mitad de la masa. Cierre la tapa y cocine por 6
minutos o hasta que los hoyos de Donuts estén dorados y cocidos.
Use una espátula antiadherente para transferir los hoyos de Donuts
a una rejilla de alambre. Repita con la masa restante para hacer un
total de 10 hoyos de Donuts. Esparza los hoyos de Donuts tibios con
mermelada si lo desea.

9 cucharadas de mantequilla, derretida

This donut hole batter is best made just before making donut holes.
Un-iced donut holes will keep in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
1. Preheat Donut Hole & Cake Pop Maker. Combine dry ingredients in a
large bowl. Make a well in the center. Whisk in the butter, banana, milk
and egg until mixture forms a smooth batter. Transfer to a pitcher or
fabric piping bag.
2. Spray Donut Hole & Cake Pop Maker with cooking oil. Fill bases of
preheated donut holes with half of the batter. Close lid and cook for 6
minutes or until donut holes are golden and cooked. Use a non-stick
spatula to transfer donut holes to a wire rack. Repeat with remaining
batter to make 10 donut holes in total. Brush warm donut holes with
honey, if desired.
1 ½ cups plain flour
½ cup sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon mixed spice
9 tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup canned pie apple, mashed
½ cup canned milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
Orange marmalade, heated, to serve
