Always check the settings of the transmission channels of the outdoor sensors.
Each outdoor sensor must be registered on a dierent channel.
We recommend setting the 2 enclosed outdoor sensors to transmission channels
1 and 2 (and not to transmission channels 3 - 8).
You can also start a manual search for the available outdoor sensors. For this,
observe the chapter "Starting a Manual Search for the Outdoor Sensors".
d) Installation of the Outdoor Sensors
The outdoor sensors can be attached to the wall on a nail, screw or hook using the opening
(24) on the rear. The enclosed suction cups also permit attachment, e.g., to a glass pane.
Thetemperaturesensor(23)attheendofthecablecanbeplacedanywhere;fastenthe
sensor or the cable e.g. with cable ties.
Make sure that the cables are not bent or damaged by sharp edges.
The outdoor sensors are intended for operation and installation in the protected outdoor
area.Neverimmerseorsubmergetheoutdoorsensorinwater;itwouldbedestroyed!
The temperature sensor (23) may also be placed in or under water.
The temperature sensor (23) must be placed accordingly depending on the temperatures
you want to measure. If, e.g., you want to measure air temperature, ensure that the
temperature sensor is not exposed to direct sunlight or rain. Otherwise, the measured
values will be falsified.
e) Installation or Setup of the Basis Station
The basis station can also be put on the wall using an opening in the rear (17) and a
nail, screw or hook.
A folding standing base (19) can be used to set up the basis station on a level, stable
surface. Protect valuable furniture surfaces from scratches with suitable pads.
