The table indicates the maximum distance to be bridged
to the outlet, depending on section size, version and
diameter of the ue gas discharge pipe.
Note:
For every extra bend of 90° resp. 45°, deduct lengths
according to the following table:
5.5.2 Requirements
Because of the high effi ciency of the Remeha Gas 3002,
specially in part load, condensation in the fl ue gas dis-
char ge system will occur with uninsulated fl ue piping, or
with insulated ue piping with lengths more then 7 m.
In these cases the following requirements have to be
taken into account:
- Material:
a. Flues: Single-walled aluminium or stainless steel
(316) or fl exible stainless steel (316).
b. Air supply: Single walled aluminium or stainless
steel or fl exible aluminium or fl exible
stainless steel.
- Construction:
The ue must be airtight and watertight at the seams
and joints.
