Balken verwijderen:
Verstelbare ketelvoetjes in
het frame uitschroeven, zodat
de balken vrij komen.
Kikkerplaten van de balken
losnemen en de balken
verwijderen.
Verstelbare ketelvoetjes in
het frame weer inschroeven.
Tweede warmtewisselaar
verwijderen:
Bouten losschroeven.
De ondersteuningskonstruktie
van de tweede warmte-
wisselaar zakt op de grond.
Ondersteuningspootjes
tweede warmtewisselaar
uitdraaien.
De ondersteuningskonstruktie
met de daarop rustende
tweede warmtewisselaar
wegtrekken.
Ketelblok uit het frame tillen.
Remove beams:
Screw out the adjustable boiler
support feet in the frame so
that the beams are set free.
Detach the eccentric clamps
on the beams and remove the
beams.
Screw the adjustable boiler
support feet into the frame
again.
Remove the second heat
exchanger:
Unscrew the bolts.
The support structure of the
second heat exchanger now
comes to rest on the floor.
Screw the support feet of the
second heat exchanger out.
Pull away the supporting
structure complete with the
second heat exchanger resting
on top.
Lift the boiler block from the
frame.
Oter les poutres:
Sortir les pieds de chaudière
ajustables en les dévissant
afin de libérer les poutres.
Détacher les plaques de
serrage des poutres, puis ôter
les poutres.
Rentrer de nouveau les pieds
de chaudière ajustables dans
le châssis en les vissant.
Oter le deuxième échangeur
de chaleur:
Dévisser les boulons.
La structure de soutien du
deuxième échangeur de
chaleur descend sur le sol.
Sortir les pieds de support du
deuxième échangeur de
chaleur en les dévissant.
Retirer la structure de soutien
supportant le deuxième
échangeur de chaleur.
Extraire le bloc de chaudière
du châssis.
Träger entfernen:
Die im Rahmen vorhandenen
verstellbaren Kesselfüsse
herausschrauben, so dass die
Träger frei werden.
Die Klemmenplatten der
Träger lösen und die Träger
entfernen.
Die verstellbaren Kesselfüsse
wieder in den Rahmen
einschrauben.
Den zweiten Wärme-
tauscher entfernen:
Schrauben lösen.
Die Unterstützungs-
konstruktion des zweiten
Wärmetauschers sinkt auf
den Boden.
Die Fussstützen des zweiten
Wärmetauschers
herausdrehen.
Die Unterstützungs-
konstruktion mit dem darauf
abgestützten zweiten Wärme-
austauscher wegziehen.
Den Kesselblock aus dem
Rahmen herausheben.
Die Montage soll in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge
ausgeführt werden. Achten
Sie dabei auf die
verschiedenen Abdichtungen
(der Kessel steht unter
Überdruck).
Falls eine Abdichtung
während der Demontage
beschädigt wurde, muss sie
ersetzt werden.
Le montage doit se faire dans

garnitures (la chaudière se
trouve sous une surpression).
Si une garniture est
endommagée pendant le
démontage, remplacer celle-ci.
Assembly should take place
in reverse order. During
assembly proper attention
should be paid to the various
seals (boiler is under
overpressure).
Any seal damaged during
disassembly must be
replaced.
