This document specifies how
the boiler can be dis-
assembled to the largest
possible extent. In actual
practice, however, only those
parts are to be disassembled,
whose removal is absolutely
necessary. The numbers
shown in the drawing indicate
the disassembly sequence.
Attention: In cleaning the
boiler, please comply with the
disassembly instructions
stated in the technical boiler
information.
Sequence of disassembly:
Remove the cladding, rear
wall and the sleeve from the
control panel.
Remove the control panel:
- detach plug connections.
- take the capillaries out.
- remove panel upwards.
Disconnect measuring piping.
Remove mounting plate,
including switch panel and
wiring.
Remove burner section,
including fan:
- detach gas connection
between burner section and
gas manifold.
- detach burner section from
boilerblock: unscrew nuts
and bend hooks aside.
- detach connections of the
gas manifold to the frame.
- remove the gas manifold.
Disconnect the supply and
return piping:
- detach connections to the
frame.
- detach couplings to ECO
and manifold.
- detach connection between
ECO and boiler.
Remove the exhaust gas
discharge pipe.
Remove the condensate
vessel.
In dit dokument wordt om-
schreven hoe de ketel zo ver
mogelijk gedemonteerd kan
worden. In de praktijk dient
echter alleen datgene gede-
monteerd te worden wat strikt
noodzakelijk is. De nummers
in de tekening geven de volg-
orde van demonteren aan.
Let op: Hanteer t.b.v. de
reiniging van de ketel de
demontagevoorschriften,
zoals vermeld in de techni-
sche informatie van de ketel.
Volgorde van demonteren:
Verwijder de bemanteling, de
achterwand en het manchet
van het bedieningspaneel.
Demonteer het bedienings-
paneel:
- stekerverbindingen los-
nemen.
- kapillairs uitnemen.
- paneel naar boven toe
losnemen.
Meetleidingen loskoppelen.
Montageplaat inklusief
schakelpaneel en bedrading
verwijderen.
Brandergedeelte, inklusief
ventilator wegnemen:
- gaskoppeling tussen
brandergedeelte en gasblok
losmaken.
- brandergedeelte losnemen
van het ketelblok: moeren
loskoppelen, haken weg-
buigen.
- verbindingen van het gas-
blok aan het frame losma-
ken.
- gasblok demonteren.
Aanvoer- en retourleiding
loskoppelen:
- verbindingen aan het frame
losnemen.
- koppelingen aan de ECO en
het blok losnemen.
- verbinding ECO-ketel
losnemen.
Verbrandingsgasafvoerpijp
verwijderen.
Kondensbak verwijderen.

Im vorliegenden Dokument
wird beschrieben, wie der
Kessel zwecks besseres
Einbringung in den Heizraum,
demontiert werden kann. Wir
empfehlen nur die unbedingt
notwendigen Teile abzubauen,
damit der Kessel einfach
eingebracht werden kann.
Die Nummern auf der
Zeichnung zeigen die Reihen-
folge der Demontage an.
Achtung: Bei der Reinigung
des Kessels sollen die
Demontagevorschriften
beachtet werden, wie diese in
den technischen Daten des
Kessels aufgeführt sind.
Reihenfolge der Demontage:
Entfernen Sie die Verkleidung,
die Hinterwand und die
Manschette des Schaltfeldes.
Demontieren Sie das
Schaltfeld.
- Steckerverbindungen lösen.
- Kapillaren herausnehmen.
- Schaltfeld nach oben hin
lösen.
Messleitungen lösen.
Die Montageplatte
einschliesslich Schaltfeld und
Verkabelung entfernen.
Den Brennerteil einschliesslich
Gebläse abnehmen.
- Verbindungsleitung zwischen
Brennerteil und Gasventil
lösen.
- Brennerteil vom Kesselblock
lösen: Muttern lösen, Haken
zur Seite biegen.
- Verbindungen vom Gasventil
zum Rahmen lösen.
- Gasventil demontieren.
Vor- und Rücklaufleitung
abtrennen:
- Verbindungen mit dem
Rahmen lösen.
- Kupplungen am ECO und am
Block lösen.
- Verbindung zwischen ECO
und Kessel lösen.
Das Abgasrohr entfernen.
Den Kondensatbehälter
entfernen.
Ce document décrit comment
démonter autant que possible
la chaudière. Dans la pratique,
il suffira toutefois de démonter
le strict nécessaire. Les
numéros qui figurent sur le
dessin représentent l’ordre du
démontage.
Attention: Se tenir pour le
nettoyage de la chaudière aux
consignes de démontage
indiquées dans la
documentation technique de la
chaudière.
Ordre de démontage:
Ôter le placage, la paroi arrière
et le manchon du panneau de
commande.
Démonter le panneau de
commande:
- détacher les connexions
enfichables.
- retirer les capillaires.
- soulever le panneau pour le
détacher.
Déconnecter les lignes de
mesure.
Otez la plaque de montage y
compris le tableau de
distribution et la filerie.
Enlever l’ensemble du brûleur
avec le ventilateur:
- détacher le raccordement de
gaz entre l’ensemble du
brûleur et le bloc de distri-
bution de gaz
- détacher l' ensemble du
brûleur du bloc de chaudière:
desserrer les écrous, relplier
les crochets.
- détacher les raccords du bloc
de distribution de gaz avec le
châssis.
- démonter le bloc de
distribution de gaz.
Déconnecter les conduites
d’alimentation et de retour:
- détacher les raccords du
châssis.
- détacher les accouplements
de l’ECO et détacher le bloc
de distribution.
- détacher la connexion entre
l’ECO et la chaudière.
Retirer le tuyau d’échappe-
ment de gaz de combustion.
Retirer le bac d’eau de
condensation.
