6. Attach the Handlebar (17) to the Upright (2) with
two M8 x 20mm Button Head Bolts (19) and two M8
Washers (10).

7. Identify the Left Pedal (50); there is an “L” on the
Left Pedal for identification. Using an adjustable
wrench, tighten the Left Pedal counterclockwise into
the left arm of the Crank (27). Adjust the Left Pedal
Strap (52) to the desired position and press it onto
the tab on the Left Pedal.
Tighten the Right Pedal (not shown) clockwise into
the right arm of the Crank (27). Attach the Right
Pedal Strap (51) (not shown) in the desired position.
8. Make sure that all parts of the exercise cycle are properly tightened. To protect the floor or carpet from
damage, place a mat under the exercise cycle.
5. The Console (1) requires two 1,5V batteries (not
included). Alkaline batteries are recommended.
Refer to the inset drawing. Open the battery cover
on the underside of the Console (1) as shown.
Press two batteries into the battery compartment.
Make sure that the negative ends of the batter-
ies (marked “–”) are touching the springs in the
battery compartment. Close the battery cover.
Connect the console wire to the Extension Wire
(42). Attach the Console (1) to the Upright (2) with
four M4 x 15mm Phillips Screws (4).
