După prepararea primei partide de iaurt este sucient de a păstra o cantitate
orecare a acestuia pentru preparări ulterioare. După prepararea partidei a 5-ea,
utilizați maia nouă – deoarece cu trecerea timpului aceasta se epuizează, fapt
ce condiționează reducerea densităii iaurtului.
