Rondom de pannenkoek
Zo lukken uw pannenkoeken
z De eerste pannenkoek is vaak een beetje vettig. Dat is normaal. Wanneer de
volgende pannenkoeken ook nog te vet smaken, controleer dan de volgende
punten:
Zit er boter in het recept? Indien ja: neem wat minder dan aangegeven.
Zit er room in het recept? Indien ja: neem minder room. Vervang de room
door evenveel melk.
Gebruik kleinere eieren.
Voeg nog wat bloem en melk toe aan het te vette deeg.
Veeg eventueel voorzichtig overtollig vet van de bakplaat. Neem daarvoor
bijvoorbeeld meerdere lagen huishoudpapier. Wees voorzichtig wanneer
de bakplaat heet is. Gevaar voor verbranding!
z De bruinheidsgraad van de pannenkoek kunt u via de temperatuurregelaar of
door de baktijd bepalen. Vind door proberen de optimale baktijd en tempera-
tuurinstelling.
z U kunt de pannenkoeken zoet of hartig serveren:
Zoet: pannenkoeken met suiker, marmelade, chocolade-hazelnootpasta of
room bestrijken.
Hartig: op de pannenkoeken met aangestoofde champignons en uitjes,
reepjes ham, gemalen kaas of kruiden leggen.
z Pannenkoeken kunnen vers bereid worden of in een gesloten schotel bij 80 °C
in de oven warmgehouden worden. Vers smaken ze in ieder geval het best.
Basisrecept pannenkoekendeeg
Dit basisrecept is voldoende voor ca. 5 tot 6 pannenkoeken.
z 250 g tarwemeel
z 50 g boter
z 200 ml melk
z 250 ml water
z 2 eieren
z 1 snuifje zout
X Bloem, zout, eieren en melk door
elkaar roeren. Beetje bij beetje
water en gesmolten boter
toevoegen.
