Crêpe aux épinards, jambon et fromage
Ingrédients pour 4 portions:
100 g de farine de froment
4 œufs
30g de beurre fondu
1 pincée de sel
6 càs de lait
1 gousse d’ail
quelques gouttes d’huile alimen-
taire
quelques gouttes de sauce de
soja
300 g d’épinards frais
quelques gouttes de Sherry
4 tranches de jambon cuit coupé
en dés
4 tranches de fromage coupé en
dés
Procédez comme ceci:
1. Mélanger la farine avec les œufs, le
beurre fondu, le sel et le lait jusqu’à
obtention d’une pâte liquide.
2. Laisser reposer 30 min puis
encore une fois bien remuer.
Éventuellement diluer avec 1 à 2 càs
d’eau minérale.
3. Faire revenir l’ail dans un peu d’huile
et de sauce de soja. Lorsque l’ail
est légèrement doré, ajouter les
épinards et retourner plusieurs fois.
4. Déglacer avec un peu de Sherry
et laisser dans la poêle pendant
environ 1minute.
5. Étaler en forme de cercle une
petite louche de pâte sur la plaque
de cuisson de la crêpière avec le
répartiteur.
6. Après avoir retourné la crêpe, garnir
le côté cuit et doré à moitié avec
les épinards égouttés, le jambon et
le fromage et réchauffer selon les
goûts.
7. À présent, plier la crêpe (en quarts)
et dresser.
