7. Recommandations : Huile de friture/graisse à remplacer
- Huile d’arachide : après 8 à 10 utilisations
- Huile végétale : après 10 à 12 utilisations
- Huile d’olive : après 8 à 10 utilisations
- Graisse : après 8 à 10 utilisations
Note : Ces recommandations ne prennent en considération qu’une utilisation
normale pour un ménage moyen.
6. ASTUCES CULINAIRES
1. Toute chaue prolongée diminue la qualité de l’huile ou de la graisse.
Débranchez la friteuse après chaque utilisation.
2. Remplacez souvent l’huile, surtout si celle-ci s’assombrit, s’encrasse ou si vous
constatez une formation anormale de mousse.
POMMES-FRITES
1. Utilisez de grosses pommes de terre, de préférence pas « trop » nouvelles.
Coupez-les en bâtonnets. Rincez-les sous l’eau courante et séchez-les.
2. Cuire les frites en 2 fois :
Première cuisson : 150-160°C : 5 à 10 minutes (selon la quantité)
Deuxième cuisson : 175°C : 2 à 5 minutes
3. Bien égoutter avant de servir.
PRODUITS SURGELÉS
1. Les aliments surgelés provoquent inévitablement un refroidissement de l’huile
ou de la graisse. N’utilisez pas de portions trop grandes.
2. Secouez les aliments au-dessus de l’évier an déliminer les cristaux de glace
excédentaires.
3. Mettez le bouton thermostat à 175°C. Mettez le panier lentement dans la
friture, les aliments surgelés peuvent faire bouillonner l’huile.
