Respectez toujours la quantité indiquée de levure de boulanger ou de levure chimique,
car si la pâte lève trop, il se peut quelle déborde ou que le pain vienne toucher le
couvercle.
Lutilisation de levure de boulanger fraîche peut conduire à de mauvais résultats. Veillez
à nutiliser que de la levure déshydratée pour préparer votre pâte.
Lutilisation de différentes sortes de farine ou dingrédients de marques différentes
peut donner des résultats très différents.
Commencez toujours par verser les ingrédients liquides dans la cuve à pain. Ajoutez
ensuite les ingrédients secs que vous aurez préalablement mélangés.
Naugmentez en aucun cas les quantités des recettes de 1350 g, car la pâte risque de
déborder et de couler sur l’élément chauffant !
Si la pâte coule sur l’élément chauffant, de la fumée peut se former et s’échapper du
compartiment de cuisson. Dans ce cas, maintenez le couvercle fermé, éteignez lappareil
en appuyant sur linterrupteur MARCHE/ARRÊT et débranchez-le. Laissez refroidir
lappareil, puis nettoyez le compartiment de cuisson et l’élément chauffant comme
indiqué au chapitre NETTOYAGE.
Pour obtenir des résultats satisfaisants, il est recommandé de prendre note de toute
information relative aux recettes et ingrédients utilisés.
