wash it by hand using a mild detergent.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Figure 1F | Adjusting the footrests
The footrests are easy to adjust without the use of tools. Adjust the footrest by
rotating the clip upwards through 90 degrees then sliding it up or down into
the preformed positions. When the footrest is at the correct height, push the
clip down to lock it.
Figure 2F | Use of the safety belt
To undo the safety belt: press the three light grey points simultaneously and
slide the belt clasp upward. If required, you can disconnect the two shoulder
straps by sliding the light grey parts of the clasp apart, for instance when your
child is wearing a helmet. Do up the safety belt by first sliding the two light grey
parts together and then sliding them into the clasp body. Tighten the belt until
it is comfortably tight when your child is sitting straight in the seat. You can
loosen the belt by pressing the grey button on the adjuster, which you then tilt
and slide.
If your child’s shoulders are higher than the normal attachment points, you
can reroute the shoulder straps over the top of the seat. To do this, first pull the
shoulder straps through the openings in the top of the seat back, then route
them via the guides on the top of the seat over the shoulders of your child.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESSORIES
Figure 1AC | Installing the windscreen bracket
Remove the retaining ring from the windscreen bracket. Install the
windscreen bracket in the steering tube attachment of the seat by sliding
the two pins of the bracket through the front holes. Slip the supplied
retaining ring through the windscreen bracket to secure the windscreen.
(If required, you can secure the windscreen and the seat by slipping the
(optionally purchased) lock through both pins.)
Figure 2AC | Attaching the windscreen
Attach the windscreen to the windscreen bracket by gently tightening the bolt
using Allen key 4 (torque 5.0 Nm). You can adjust the angle of the windscreen
to various positions. Remove the protective film.
Figure 3AC | Attaching the windscreen styling set
Place the fabric over the lugs at the bottom of the windscreen. Place the
fastening strip over the lugs and slide the strip to the outside of the windscreen
to retain the fabric. Click the strip in place on the outer lug. Repeat this action
on the other side.
Figure 4AC | Attaching the Toybar
Attach the Toybar to the windscreen bracket by gently tightening the
supplied bolt using Allen key 5 (torque 3.0 Nm).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE
* The seat is intended for children up to 3 years of age or up to 15 kg.

the Qibbel front seat. You can safely carry older children in a Qibbel

* Never amend the supplied seat, doing so voids the guarantee.
* Take into account that the bike handles differently when you transport
a child, in particular the balance, the steering and the braking.
* After installing the bike seat, take a test ride with your child. Check
that the bike rides well, that your child is correctly seated, that all
