Get on the bike and check whether the handlebars rotate and the brakes
operate freely and are not obstructed by the foot supports or the seat.
Ensure there is sufficient distance between the armrests of the seat and
the handlebars to prevent your child getting caught. If necessary, adjust
the handlebars.
AHEAD ATTACHMENT
Figure 6M | Ahead attachment
To fasten the ahead clamp, you will need a steering column height of at
least 20 mm. Mount the ahead attachment on top of the spacers of the
steering tube. Tighten the bolts (moment 8.0 Nm) using a socket head
wrench 6. Suitable for ahead steering tube Ø 22-36 mm. If necessary, use
the supplied spacer rings to prevent damage to the handlebars and the
the ball head cap.
The ahead clamp is also suitable for standard steering columns but does
not have a movable internal ring that allows you to change the angle of
inclination. The bottom of the bracket should rest on the steering head.
Tighten the nuts tightly (moment 8.0 Nm) using a socket head wrench 6.
Suitable for steering columns of 22-28 mm.

Remove the retaining ring from the pin and slide the two pins of the seat
into the round holes in the attachment. Slip the retaining ring through the
attachment pin to secure the seat in place. (If required, use the (optional)
lock instead of the retaining ring, to protect from theft).
Check whether the seat is correctly mounted.
Turn the handlebars of your bike into the straight-ahead position and
check whether the seat is mounted facing straight ahead.
