Guide chain reglet can be slitted lengthwise back
by 10° including the protective reglet. This adjust-
ment is used especially when more layers lying on
each other are cut at the same time. It avoids
pressing the tool and uneven cut.
Before you start to adjust the machine
pull the plug of the movable supply out
of the socket!

- Release easily both fastening screws on the
back side of the machine with spanner 6 (pic-
ture 9).
- Slit the chain reglet back and fasten firmly fa-
stening screws.
By releasing the fastening screws the
machine becomes untight and a slight
leak of oil can occur. Perform the adju-
stment without any useless time
delays.
The tool set of the chain saw CCP 380 has spaces
between links of the chain 3/8" and thickness of
the chain links 1,3 mm. Usage of other tool sets is
conditioned by explicit agreement of the producer
of the machine.
The complete cut tool set consists of:
a) Chain wheel
b) Guide chain reglet
c) Chain
d) Protective reglet with protective shield
The space between the links of the
chain must correspond to the space of
the chain wheel and the space of the
pulley of the guide chain reglet. The
length of the protective reglet must be
adjusted to the length of the guide
chain reglet. Usage of mutually non-ad-
justed components is not allowed!
Pull the plug of the movable supply out
of the socket!
Warning! Danger of injury from cut ed-
ges of the chain!
