REPLACEMENT OF COMPONENTS
WARNING: Before doing any repair or replacement work on this machine,
ALWAYS disconnect the power (or, if the main power cable has a wall plug,
pull it out) at the main circuit breaker.
Opening the bench acrylic:
WARNING: Let the tanning bed cool down for one hour before opening the acrylic 's.
To unlock and raise the acrylic sheet for cleaning and bulb replacement, use a coin to
turn the screws counter-clockwise. Lift the acrylic and support it by the metal rod. Re-
place the acrylic in just the opposite manner.
Removal of the Canopy acrylic:

Lamp replacement:
Turn the lamp until the bi-pins can slide easily out of the lamp holder socket, and slowly
take it out of the unit. Clicks will be heard as the socket incrementally rotates. Replace
the lamp in just the opposite manner.

Starter replacement:
Grasp and turn the starter to the left, one half turn until it comes easily out of the socket.
Replace the starter in the opposite manner.
High-pressure facial tanning lamp replacement:
Remove fi lter cassette by pulling the facial tanning cassette. Making absolutely sure not
to touch the glass in the center of the lamp itself, take it out of its box and set it to the
side. Hold the old lamp by the refl ector and pull out of the lamp holder, until the end you
are holding comes free. Replace the new lamp in just the opposite manner, but do not
touch the glass in the center of the lamp.
