Cuisson basse température
Utilisez cette fonction pour cuire des
morceaux de viande tendres et maigres
ainsi que pour le poisson. Cette fonction
n'est pas applicable à certaines recettes,
telles que des morceaux à braiser ou des
rôtis de porc gras.
Dans les 10 premières minutes, vous
pouvez régler une température comprise
entre 80 °C et 150 °C . La température par
défaut est de 90 °C . Une fois la
température réglée, le four continue sa
cuisson à 80°C. N'utilisez pas cette
fonction avec de la volaille.
N'utilisez jamais de couvercle
lorsque vous recourez à ce
mode de cuisson.
1. Saisissez la viande dans une poêle sur
la table de cuisson pendant 1 à
2 minutes à très haute température.
2. Placez la viande avec le plat à rôtir
chaud dans le four, sur la grille
métallique.
3. Sélectionnez la fonction Cuisson basse
température
