Safety Instructions
This appliance must be installed in accordance with the
applicable regulations.
The appliance may only be used outside enclosed
spaces. It is not suitable for indoor use.
Observe the ring regulations of your country.
Read the instructions before installing or using this appli-
ance. Non-compliance with the instructions may result in
explosions and res!
Keep the instruction manual in a safe place for future
reference, including the warranty certicate, receipt and,
if possible, the box with the inner packaging. If you pass
the appliance on to a third party, always include all the
relevant documents with it.
The appliance and the gas hose must be inspected
regularly for signs of damage. If damage is detected, the
appliance must no longer be used.
Only use original accessories.
WARNING: Note for children and persons with
limited capacities
This appliance is not intended for use by children or
persons with limited capacities. It should only be used by
persons who are in a position to use the appliance safely.
Intended Purpose
CAUTION:
This appliance is for cooking purposes only. It must not
be used for other purposes, for example room heating.
The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and
for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not t for
commercial use.
Any other use is considered not as intended and may
lead to damage to property or even personal injury.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage result-
ing from use other than the intended purpose.
Prior to Installation
Prior to installation, ensure that the local distribution
conditions (nature of the gas and gas pressure) and the
adjustment of the appliance are compatible.
The setting values for this appliance are indicated on the
type plate. The type plate can be found on the appliance.
This appliance is not connected to a combustion
products evacuation device. It shall be installed and
connected in accordance with current installation regu-
lations. Particular attention shall be given to the relevant
requirements regarding ventilation.
Location
CAUTION:
The use of a gas hub leads to the generation of heat,
moisture and combustion products.
Ensure that there is sufcient ventilation.
If the appliance is used intensively for a longer period
of time, additional ventilation may be necessary. E. g.
increasing the mechanical ventilation, if available.
For additional ventilation, consult a specialist before
installation.
Place the appliance on a at, stable and reproof
surface. There must be a distance of at least 20 cm
around the sides of the appliance from other combustible
materials. A distance of 1 m must be maintained above
the appliance.
Protect the gas bottle from strong sunlight.
Highly ammable or explosive materials / gases must not
be stored near the appliance.
Make sure that the appliance is not placed where it is
exposed to draughts. This may affect the burner ame
and the operation of the appliance.
Gas and Gas Pressure
Do not use any gas other than that specied on the type
plate.
Make sure that the gas pressure corresponds with that
on the type plate.
The type plate can be found on the appliance. See also
technical data.
Connecting the Gas Bottle
The appliance may only be operated with a low-pressure
regulator. The enclosed pressure regulator is correctly
set at the factory for operation with liqueed petroleum
gas (LPG).
The gas hose may need to be replaced if national
requirements apply.
