Si consiglia di pulire il sensore con un o straccio inumidito con disinfettante.
Non immergere il dispositivo in liquidi.
Non utilizzare benzene o detergenti aggressivi.
Se non si utilizza il dispositivo di misurazione per periodi prolungati, rimuovere la batteria (perdite dalla batteria
possono danneggiare l’apparecchio.
Proteggere l’apparecchio dalla luce diretta del sole, dalle alte temperature, da umidità e polvere.
Non esporre a temperature estremamente basse (inferiori a -20°C/-4°F) o alte (superiori a 60°C/140°F).
Pulire il termometro clinico dopo ogni utilizzo e conservarlo nell’astuccio in dotazione.
Controllo taratura
Il presente termometro è tarato inizialmente in fabbrica. Se il termometro viene utilizzato nel rispetto del-
le istruzioni per l’uso, non è necessario effettuare una taratura periodica. Il controllo taratura deve essere
effettuato immediatamente se vi sono indicazioni che mostrano che il dispositivo non rispetta I limiti di
errore definite oppure le proprietà di taratura possono essere state alterate dall’intervento di altri agenti.

Intended Use
The device is determined for measuring the human body temperature in the mouth (oral), the armpit
(axillary) or the anus (rectal).
Product Description
Digital Thermometer
Electronic Digital Thermometer can quickly measure body temperature accurately.
Compared with the traditional glass mercury thermometer, it has advantages of easy reading, quick re-
sponse, secure and accurate measurement.
Special Safety Notes
High and persistent fever, in particular in children, has to be treated by a doctor. Please get in touch with your doc-
tor!
This device has been designed for private use only for the purpose provided.
The thermometer contains small parts (battery, battery compartment) which can be swallowed by children. For this
reason, do not leave the thermometer unattended in the hands of children.
For reasons of hygiene, we recommend to use the device either exclusively in the mouth, the armpit or the anus.
If users suffer skin infection, prohibit to use.
Do not use it with other people before sterilizing, which is to avoid cross infection.
Do not clean with thinners, petrol or benzene. Only clean with disinfectant.
If the ambient temperature is over 35°C or 95°F, dip the thermometer tip in cold water for approx. 5 to 10 seconds
prior to measuring the temperature.
Do not immerse the device in liquids, do not chew on it and do not bend it.
Avoid saliva from getting in touch with the display.
Take care, do not let the device fall down and avoid heavy impacts.
It is neither shock-proof nor impact-resistant
Do not use near strong electromagnetic fields, i.e. keep it away from any radio systems and mobile phones.
Do not warm up the battery or throws it to the fire.
It’s not allowed to disassemble the thermometer except replacing the battery.
Do not modify this device without authorization of manufacturer.

Instructions for Use
Putting in the Batteries
The battery provided is a long-life alkaline manganese battery cell.
Pull off the cap of the battery compartment.
Replace the cell by a battery of the same type. Take care of the correct polarity.
Close the battery compartment.
or The battery symbol on the display indicates that the battery should be replaced.
Attention: Batteries do not belong in your usual household rubbish. Please dispose of old batteries at proper collect-
ing points or at the competent dealer. Never throw batteries in fire.
Switching the Indication Fahrenheit and Celsius
Turn the unit on by pressing the On-/Off-button.
Press and hold the On-/Off-button for a few seconds.
The display switches to the respective other display.
Measuring Instructions
Press the On-/Off-button. After a short time the display will show LO and a flashing °C or °F.
Please stand, sit or lie still and start with the measuring.
With oral measuring, take the sensor of the device in the mouth and hold it closed.
The normal temperature is 37.0°C/98.6°F
Do you want to measure in the armpits, clip the sensor under the armpit.
The normal temperature is 36.5°C/97.7°F.
If you use the thermometer rectally, apply a bit of a water-soluble cream e.g. Vaseline to the sensor tip. Insert it
carefully by max. 2 cm. The normal temperature is 37.5°C/99.5°F. From a medical point of view this is the most
accurate method of measurement.
Recommended measure time:
In the rectal: the usual measuring time is approximately 40 to 60 seconds.
Under the arm: the usual measuring time is approximately 80 to 120 seconds.
In the mouth: the usual measuring time is approximately 50 to 70 seconds.
If the temperature is too high HI °C or HI °F indicates. Is the measuring to low LO °C or LO °F indicates.
After approx. 8 minutes or by pressing the On-/Off-button, the device off automatically.
If you switch the device on again, it will always show the last measured temperature (memory function).
Maintenance and Storage
We recommend to use a dump cloth and disinfectant to clean the sensor.
Do not immerse the device in liquids.
Do not use benzene or strong cleaning agents.
If the measuring device is not used for a longer time, the battery should be removed (leaking batteries may dam-
age the device).
Protect the device from direct sunlight, high temperatures, humidity and dust.
Do not expose to extremely low (below -20°C/-4°F) or high (above 60°C/140°F) temperature.
Clean the clinical thermometer after each use and store it in the provided case.
Calibration Check
This thermometer is initially calibrated at the time of manufacture. If this thermometer is used according
to the operation instruction, periodic re-adjustment is not required. The calibration check has to be car-
ried out immediately, if there are indications that the product does not keep the defined error limits or
the calibration properties could have been affected by an intervention or by any other means. Please also
observe any national statutory regulations. The calibration check can be carried out by the competent
authorities or by authorized service providers. A test instruction for calibration check can be provided to
the relevant authorities and authorized.

Termometr do pomiaru temperatury ciała może szybko i dokładnie mierzyć temperaturę ludzkiego ciała.
W porównaniu z tradycyjnym szklanym termometrem rtęciowym, ma przewagę w postaci szybkiego od-
czytu, szybkiej odpowiedzi, bezpiecznego i dokładnego pomiaru.
Specjalne uwagi dotyczące bezpieczeństwa
Wysoka i utrzymująca się gorączka, w szczególności u dzieci, musi być leczona u lekarza. Proszę skontaktować się
zlekarzem!
To urządzenie zostało zaprojektowane do użytku prywatnego tylko w podanym celu.
Termometr zawiera małe części (bateria, komora baterii), które dzieci mogą połknąć. Z tej przyczyny nie zostawiać
termometru bez nadzoru w rękach dzieci.
Z przyczyn higieny zalecamy użycie urządzenia albo wyłącznie w ustach, pod pachą lub w odbycie.
Jeśli użytkownicy cierpią z powodu infekcji skóry, nie wolno go używać.

Wymienić baterię na nową tego samego typu. Sprawdzać prawidłowe ustawienie biegunów.
Zamknąć komorę baterii.

Włączanie wskaźnika w stopniach Fahrenheita i Celsjusza
Włączyć jednostkę poprzez naciskanie przycisku wł-/wył-.
Nacisnąć i przytrzymać przycisk wł-/wył- przez kilka sekund.
Wyświetlacz przełącza się na odpowiednio inny wyświetlacz.
Instrukcje pomiaru
Nacisnąć przycisk wł-/wył-. Po krótkim czasie wyświetlacz pokaże LO oraz migające °C lub °F.
Prosimy stać, siedzieć lub leżeć spokojnie i rozpocząć pomiar.
Przy doustnym pomiarze wziąć czujnik urządzenia do buzi i trzymać je zamknięte.
Normalna temperatura wynosi 37.0°C/98.6°F
Jeśli chcemy dokonać pomiaru pod pachą, wsunąć czujnik pod pachę.
Normalna temperatura wynosi 36.5°C/97.7°F.
Jeśli używamy termometru rektalnie, nanieść odrobinę kremu rozpuszczalnego w wodzie, np wazeliny na końców-
kę czujnika. Włożyć ostrożnie o maks. 2cm. Normalna temperatura wynosi 37.5°C/99.5°F. Z medycznego punktu
widzenia jest to najbardziej dokładną metoda pomiaru.
Zalecany czas pomiaru:
Pomiar odbytniczy: przeciętny czas pomiaru wynosi od 40 do 60 sekund.
Pod pachą: przeciętny czas pomiaru wynosi od 80 do 120 sekund.
W ustach: przeciętny czas pomiaru wynosi od 50 do 70 sekund.
Jeśli temperatura jest zbyt wysoka pojawia się HI °C lub HI °F. Jeśli pomiar jest zbyt niski, pojawia się LO °C lub
LO °F.
Po ok. 8 minutach lub poprzez naciskanie przycisku wł-/wył-, urządzenie wyłącza się automatycznie.
Jeśli ponownie włączamy urządzenie, zawsze pokazuje ostatnią zmierzoną temperaturę (funkcja pamięci).
Konserwacja i przechowywanie
Zalecamy korzystanie z wilgotnej szmatki oraz środka dezynfekującego w celu czyszczenia czujnika.
Nie zanurzać urządzenia w wodzie.
Nie używać benzenu ani silnych środków czyszczących.
Jeśli urządzenie pomiarowe nie jest używane przez dłuższy czas, należy wyjąć baterię (przeciekające baterie mogą
uszkodzić urządzenie).
Chronić urządzenie przed bezpośrednim nasłonecznieniem, wysokimi temperaturami, wilgocią i kurzem.
Nie narażać na ekstremalnie niskie (poniżej -20°C/-4°F) lub wysokie (powyżej 60°C/140°F) temperatury.
Czyścić kliniczny termometr po każdym użyciu i przechowywać w dostarczonym opakowaniu.
Test kalibracji
Ten termometr jest początkowo skalibrowany w czasie produkcji. Jeśli z termometru korzystamy wg in-
strukcji użytkowania, nie są wymagane okresowe ponowne regulacje. Test kalibracji należy przeprowadzić
natychmiast, jeśli są wskazania, że produkt nie utrzymuje określonych limitów błędu lub na właściwości
kalibracji wpłynęły interwencje lub inne. Prosimy również sprawdzić krajowe regulacje ustawowe. Test
kalibracji można przeprowadzać w kompetentnych placówkach lub u autoryzowanych usługodawców.
Instrukcja testu dla testu kalibracji może być dostarczona przez odpowiednie placówki i autoryzowana.
