Zubereitung:
1. Butter, Zucker und Eier schaumig rühren.
Das mit Backpulver vermischte Mehl über
die Schaummasse sieben und zügig unter-
rühren.
2. Die Springform mit dem Backpapier aus-
legen und den Teig einfüllen.
3. Äpfel schälen, vierteln und sternförmig in
den Teig drücken. Gewicht ermitteln.
Mit der Automatik Kuchen/Brot- 1 Kuchen
backen.
Apfelschlupfkuchen
Zutaten:
150 g Butter oder Magarine
150 g Zucker
4 Eier
1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
250 g Mehl
5 g Backpulver
2 Äpfel
Geschirr:
mikrowellengeeignete Springform,
Backpapier
Rezeptvorschläge
Gefüllte Forellen
Zutaten:
2 Forellen
Prise Salz und Pfeffer
1 -2 TL Zitronensaft
Für die Füllung:
50 g frische Champignons
1 Zwiebel
1 Bund Petersilie
1 Teel. Butter
Geschirr:
flache, mikrowellengeeignete Auflaufform
Zubereitung:
1. Die Forellen unter fließenden Wasser
säubern, säuern, durchziehen lassen, vor
dem Grillen salzen und pfeffern.
2. Zwiebeln und Champignons fein-
schneiden, Petersilie fein wiegen, mit etwas
Butter andünsten.
Mikrowelle 100% 2 bis 3 Min.
3. Die Zwiebel-Champignon Mischung in die
Forellen füllen. Die gefüllten Forellenauf eine
flache gebutterte Auflaufform legen. Gewicht
ermitteln.
Mit der Garautomatik - 4 Gebackener
Fisch garen.
