Rezeptvorschläge
Zubereitung:
1. Die Fleischwürfel im Mehl wenden.
2. Alle Zutaten außer der Sojasauce, Salz,
Pfeffer und Creme fraiche in die Kasserole
geben, gut umrühren und abdecken.
Gewicht ermitteln.
Mit der Garautomatik - 9 Casserole garen.
3. Zwischendurch gut umrühren, wieder ab-
decken und erneut die Start-Taste drücken.
4. Nach der Garzeit gut umrühren, mit Soja-
sauce, Creme fraiche, Salz und Pfeffer
abschmecken.
Puten-Curry
Zutaten:
600 g Putenbrust, gewürfelt
2 EL Mehl,
1 Zwiebel, gehackt
50 g Butter,
Salz,
weißer Pfeffer,
2 TL Currypulver,
2 EL Mango-Chutney,
250 ml Hühnerbrühe,
250 ml trockenen Weißwein,
1 TL Sojasauce,
2 EL Creme fraiche,
Geschirr:
Kasserole mit Deckel (1,0 - 1,5 l)
Kümmelkartoffeln in der Schale
Zutaten:
750 g mittelgroße, neue Kartoffeln
( 8-10 Stück),
2 Eßl. Sonnenblumenöl
2 Teel. Kümmel
Salz
Geschirr:
flache, mikrowellengeeignete Auflaufform
Zubereitung:
1. Die Kartoffeln gründlich waschen und
bürsten. Ungeschält halbieren, die Schnitt-
fläche mit Öl bestreichen und mit Kümmel-
Salzmischung bestreuen.
2. Mit der Schnittfläche nach oben in eine
Auflaufform legen. Gewicht ermitteln.
Mit der Garautomatik - 6 Bratkartoffeln
garen.
Tipp:
Dieses Gericht passt gut zu Kräuterquark.
