- Hak de uiteinden van 8 snijbonen af en snij ze in lange reepjes. Vervolgens blancheert u ze even in wei-
nig water met zout.
- Nadat u de 20 ‘nieuwe aardappeltjes’ hebt gewassen, kookt u ze in de schil met een snufje zout gaar.
Zijn de aardappels gaar, dan bakt u ze bruin op de plaat.
- Bak de zalm, snijbonen en de radijs op de plaat. Wel nu en dan omspatelen. Houdt er rekening mee dat
de zalm langer moet bakken dan de groente (een moot zalm heeft ongeveer 15 minuten nodig).
Saus:
- Hak 1/2 bosje dille fijn en doe ze in een kom. Voeg 1 eetlepel mosterd toe met 1 pot mayonaise, wat
peper en zout. Zet dit alles in een schaal op tafel.
Dessert op de grillplaat: gebakken peer met karamel en rozijnen
- Neem een niet te groot pannetje en smelt er 25 gram boter in. Voeg 50 gram suiker toe en roer met een
houten spatel de suiker en boter op een klein vuur goed door elkaar. Vervolgens giet u 1 glas witte wijn
en 1 glas perensap erbij. Breng dit aan de kook. Met 50 gram geweekte rozijnen, 1 kaneelstokje en 1
plakje citroen maakt u de saus af. Nu hoeft u het alleen nog maar even af te schuimen, en de saus is
gereed.
- Schil 4 peren en haal het klokhuis eruit. Snij de peren over de lengte in dikke plakken. Besmeer de bak
plaat met boter. Bak nu snel de peer aan beide zijden bruin. Ten slotte de peer bestrooien met karamel
en 50 gram suiker. De peren warm serveren, en smullen maar.

PRINCESS TIPS
Before use:
- Before using the appliance for the first time, clean the parts with a damp cloth and remove any labels or
packaging material.
- Rinse the new stone and grill under running water. Never use abrasive cleaners or cleaning agents.
Rinse well and let dry.
- Place the stone on the holder, with the polished side up. Make sure the stone is correctlypositioned.
- Spread some heat-resistant table oil (olive oil or peanut oil) on the polished surface of
the stone with a paper towel or brush. Allow the oil to soak into the stone, and then
remove any excess oil.
During use
- Ensure that the appliance is placed on a sturdy table or other stable surface. Do not
place the appliance on a (hot) cooking ring.
- Insert the plug in the outlet. Switch the appliance on and let the grill heat up for ± 20
minutes. While it is heating up you can prepare the ingredients.
- As it heats up, the stone can emit a slight odour and smoke slightly. This will stop after
a few minutes.
