Fondue
1 Prick a piece of food onto the fondue fork.
2 Place the fork in the heated mixture. If using oil or stock,
allow the piece of food to cook by resting the fork on the
fondue ring. If using cheese or chocolate, you only have to
dip the piece of food in the fondue.
If using oil, make sure the food is not too moist,
otherwise the oil may spit.
To avoid damage, do not prick the forks into the pan.
3 Remove the fork from the pan. The food can now be eaten.
Be careful, the food will be hot!
