General information
This attractive fondue has been designed by Jan des Bouvrie.
This appliance cannot only be used for tasty fondues, it is also
pleasing to look at. The heating base, the pan and the forks
have a modern design. The Jan des Bouvrie Fondue comes
with eight fondue forks, so that you can enjoy it with your family
and friends.
The temperature regulator makes the Jan des Bouvrie Fondue
suitable for different types of fondue, such as the classic meat
fondue, a cheese fondue, a chocolate fondue or a Chinese
fondue (with stock).

Heating oil or stock
1 Choose an oil that is suitable for use with a fondue (this will
be stated on the packaging).

The oil can spit and cause burns.

filled above the minimum level (Min.) and below the
maximum level (Max.).

reached. You can now start to fondue.
Heating cheese or chocolate
1 Select a recipe for cheese or chocolate fondue.

will be lit to indicate that the appliance has been turned on.
3 Prepare the mixture for the fondue according to the recipe.
4 Rotate the temperature regulator to the desired setting. The
orange indicator light will be lit.
Do not set the temperature too high when heating cheese
or chocolate, otherwise the mixture may become burnt or
boil over.
5 Whilst heating the liquid, stir the pan every now and then so
that the mixture is slowly heated and does not become
lumpy.
6 The light will go out once the desired temperature has been
reached. You can now start to fondue.
