4 Slå nå ned varmen til stilling 1 og hell i
kyllingbuljongen. Fres løken. Bland
denne med tomatketchupen,
tomatpureen og den sterke chilien. Kok
opp buljongen og tilsett maisen og
nnene.
5 Server oksefiletmedaljongene fra
pannen sammen med en skje av
grønnsakene.
KINESISKE NUDLER
Ingredienser for 2 personer: 100 gram
nudler, 0,4 liter kyllingbuljong, 1/8 kinakål,
1/8 bunt fersk koriander, salt og pepper.
Framgangsmåte:
1 Hell kyllingbuljongen i Classic Multi
Wonder Chef Medium. Kok opp
buljongen på stilling 1 og tilsett nudlene
og fordel dem i buljongen.
2 Finsnitt kinakålen. Ha i dette når
nudlene nesten er ferdigkokt. Finhakk
korianderen og rør denne i buljongen.
Ha eventuelt i salt og pepper etter
smak.
ILDFULLE KYLLINGLÅR
Ingredienser for 2 personer: 4 kyllinglår.
Marinade: 1 dl olivenolje, 2 halverte
hvitløkfedd, 1 spiseskje sitronsaft,
1 dl konjakk, 1/2 stilk timian, 1/2 stilk
rosmarin, 1 friskt salvieblad, 1 friskt
laurbærblad, salt og pepper, 50 gram
sorte oliven og 50 gram gnne oliven.
Framgangsmåte:
1 Bland sammen alle ingrediensene til
marinaden og la kyllinglårene ligge i
marinaden i 24 timer.
2 Ta kyllingen ut av marinaden og hell
marinaden i Classic Multi Wonder Chef
Medium.
3 Varm opp Classic Multi Wonder Chef
Medium i stilling 4 og stek kyllingene
ferdig på cirka 20 minutter.
4 Server kyllinglårene fra pannen på
varme tallerkener. Ha oliven i
marinaden og varm godt. Server
kyllinglårene med en god skje oliven og
marinade over.
MARINERTE KALVEMEDALJONGER
Ingredienser for 2 personer: 250 gram
kalvekjøtt. Marinade: 1 spiseskje
soyasaus, 1 spiseskje tørr sherry,
1/2 spiseskje brunt sukker, 1/2 stykke
syltet ingefær, 1/2 spiseskje sesamolje,
1/2 teskje eddik og sort pepper.
Framgangsmåte:
1 Bland sammen alle ingrediensene til
marinaden.
2 Skjær kalvekjøttet i tynne skiver.
3 Legg skivene i marinaden og la det
trekke inn natten over.
4 Varm opp Classic Multi Wonder Chef
Medium (stilling 2).
5 Ta kjøttet ut av marinaden og ferdigstek
det på omtrent 10 minutter. Server
kalvemedaljongene med kinesiske
nudler.
