Tilberedning:
1 Tænd Classic Multi Wonder Chef
Medium på 3.
2 Strø peber på bøfferne og rul en skive
spæk omkring. Stik en cocktailpind
igennem.
3 Steg bøfferne i ca. 10-15 minutter så de
er brune overalt og møre.
4 Sæt nu gryden på 1, og hæld
kyllingebouillonen i. Brun løget. Tilføj
get sammen med tomatketchuppen,
tomatpureen og chilisaucen. Bring
bouillonen i kog og tilføj herefter majs
og nyrebønner.
5 Server mørbradbøfferne fra gryden og
øs en skefuld grønsager op sammen
med bøffen.
KINESISKE NUDLER
Ingredienser til 2 personer: 100 gram
nudler, 0,4 liter kyllingebouillon, 1/8
kinakål, 1/8 bundt frisk koriander, salt og
peber.
Tilberedning:
1 Hæld kyllingebouillon i Classic Multi
Wonder Chef Medium. Bring den i kog
på 1 og fordel nudlerne heri.
2 Snit kinakålen meget fint. Tilføj kålen til
nudlerne og kog dem til nudlerne er
næsten møre. Hak korianderen fint og
r den gennem bouillonen. Smag
eventuelt til med salt og peber.
BRÆNDENDE KYLLINGELÅR
Ingredienser til 2 personer: 4 kyllingelår.
Marinade: 1 dl olivenolie, 2 hvidløgsfed
(halverede), 1 spiseskeer citronsaft, 1 dl
cognac, 1/2 kvist timian, 1/2 kvist
rosemarin, 1 friskt salvieblad, 1 friskt
laurbærblad, salt og peber, 50 gram sorte
oliven og 50 gram grøn olivenolie.
Tilberedning:
1 Bland alle ingredienserne til marinaden
sammen og mariner kyllingelårene heri
i 24 timer.
2 Tag kyllingestykkerne op af marinaden
og hæld marinaden i Classic Multi
Wonder Chef Medium.
3 Varm Classic Multi Wonder Chef
Medium op på 4 og kog
kyllingestykkerne møre i ca.
20 minutter.
4 Tag kyllingestykkerne op og læg dem
på varme tallerkner. Læg de grønne og
sorte oliven i marinaden og varm dem
godt igennem. Hæld en stor skefuld
oliven og marinade over kyllingelårene
r serveringen.
MARINEREDE KALVEKOTELETTER
Ingredienser til 2 personer: 250 gram
kalvekoteletter. Marinade: 1 teske
sojasauce, 1 spiseske tør sherry, 1/2
spiseske brun sukker, 1/2 kugle syltet
ingefær, 1/2 spiseske sesamolie, 1/2 teske
eddike og sort peber.
Tilberedning:
1 Bland alle ingredienserne til marinaden
sammen.
2 Skær kalvekoteletterne i tynde skiver.
3 Læg skiverne i marinaden og lad dem
trække natten over.
4 Varm Classic Multi Wonder Chef
Medium op på 2.
5 Tag kødet op af marinaden os steg det
rt i ca. 10 minutter. Server
kalvekoteletterne med kinesiske nudler.
