Classic Multi Wonder Chef Pro Article 162367
KINESISKE NUDLER
Ingredienser for 4 personer: 200 gram
nudler, 0,8 liter kyllingbuljong, 1/4 kinakål,
1/4 bunt fersk koriander, salt og pepper.
Framgangsmåte:
1 Hell kyllingbuljongen i Classic Multi
Wonder Chef Pro. Kok opp buljongen
på stilling 1 og tilsett nudlene og fordel
dem i buljongen.
2 Finsnitt kinakålen. Ha i dette når
nudlene nesten er ferdigkokt. Finhakk
korianderen og rør denne i buljongen.
Ha eventuelt i salt og pepper etter
smak.
ILDFULLE KYLLINGLÅR
Ingredienser for 4 personer: 8 kyllinglår.
Marinade: 2 dl olivenolje, 4 halverte
hvitløksfedd, 2 spiseskjeer sitronsaft, 2 dl
konjakk, 1 stilk timian, 1 stilk rosmarin, 2
friske salvieblader, 2 friske laurbærblader,
salt og pepper. 100 gram sorte oliven og
100 gram grønne oliven.
Framgangsmåte:
1 Bland sammen alle ingrediensene til
marinaden og la kyllinglårene ligge i
marinaden i 24 timer.
2 Ta kyllingen ut av marinaden og hell
marinaden i Classic Multi Wonder Chef
Pro.
3 Varm opp Classic Multi Wonder Chef
Pro i stilling 4 og stek kyllingene ferdig
på cirka 20 minutter.
4 Server kyllinglårene fra pannen på
varme tallerkener. Ha oliven i
marinaden og varm godt. Server
kyllinglårene med en god skje oliven og
marinade over.
MARINERTE KALVEMEDALJONGER
Ingredienser for 4 personer: 500 gram
kalvekjøtt. Marinade: 2 spiseskjeer soya
saus, 2 spiseskjeer tørr sherry, 1 spiseskje
brunt sukker, 1 stykke syltet ingefær, 1
spiseskje sesamolje, 1 teskje eddik og sort
pepper.
Framgangsmåte:
1 Bland sammen alle ingrediensene til
marinaden.
2 Skjær kalvekjøttet i tynne skiver.
3 Legg skivene i marinaden og la det
trekke inn natten over.
4 Varm opp Classic Multi Wonder Chef
Pro (stilling 2).
5 Ta kjøttet ut av marinaden og ferdigstek
det på omtrent 10 minutter. Server
kalvemedaljongene med kinesiske
nudler.
