ROERGEBAKKEN SPEKLAPJES MET RIJST EN BROCCOLI
- 1 speklapje
- 1 vleestomaat
- 1/4 ui
- Croma vloeibaar
- 0,5 theelepel suiker
- 0,5 theelepel azijn
- 0,5 theelepel kerriepoeder
- 150 gram broccoli
- 1/2 kruidenbouillontablet
- 75 gram (witte) rijst
1. Breng in de stoompan een flinke hoeveelheid water met het bouillonblokje aan de kook.
2. Kook vervolgens de rijst in het water volgens de op de verpakking aangegeven tijd.
3. Voeg 6 minuten voor het einde van de kooktijd van de rijst de broccoli toe.
4. Snijd de tomaat en ui en de speklap in reepjes.
5. Meng de speklapjes met kerriepoeder en een beetje zout.
6. Verwarm een scheut Croma vloeibaar in het pannetje van de Cromette, voeg de spekreepjes toe en bak
ze in ca. 7 minuten goedbruin.
7. Voeg de tomaat, ui, suiker en de azijn toe en bak dit gedurende 1 minuut mee.
8. Voeg vervolgens een eierdopje heet water toe en laat de jus nog even pruttelen.

BEFORE USING
