Despeje o preparado sobre as maçãs e coza os crepes de ambos os lados até ficaram
dourados.
Polvilhe com açúcar em pó.
CREPES BRASILEIROS para 4 pessoas
250 g farinha
½ litro leite
4 ovos
1 pacote de açúcar baunilhado
gelado de baunilha
nozes brasileiras
caramelo
natas
Prepare a massa dos crepes com a farinha, o açúcar, o leite e os ovos. Cozinhe os
crepes na máquina de crepes.
Coloque uma bola de gelado de baunilha nos crepes. Regue o gelado com o caramelo
e espalhe as nozes por cima. Dobre o crepe e cubra com as natas.
Sirva de imediato.
TARTE DE CREPES para 4 pessoas
250 g farinha
½ litro leite
1 pacote de açúcar baunilhado
4 ovos
compota de morango
natas
morangos
açúcar em pó
Prepare a massa dos crepes com a farinha, o leite, o açúcar baunilhado e os ovos.
Coza na máquina de crepes tantos crepes quanto possível.
Cubra uma forma de tarte com crepes. Em seguida, espalhe uma camada de compota
de morango. Coloque outra camada de crepes. Cubra com natas. Coloque mais
uma camada de crepes. Espalhe novamente uma camada de compota de morango.
Termine com um última camada de crepes. Cubra a parte de cima da tarte com natas,
morangos e açúcar em pó. Deixe repousar no frigorífico antes de servir.
