Entfernen Sie das Gehäuse aus den Äpfeln. Backen Sie diese auf dem
Pfannkuchenbäcker leicht an. Inzwischen bereiten Sie den Pfannkuchenteig mit Mehl,
Milch, Zucker und Eiern zu.
Gießen Sie die Mischung über die Äpfel und backen Sie die Pfannkuchen auf beiden
Seiten goldbraun.
Garnieren mit Puderzucker.

250 g Mehl
½ Liter Milch
4 Eier
Tütchen Vanillezucker
Vanilleeis
Paranüsse
Karamell
Sahne
Bereiten Sie den Pfannkuchenteig aus Mehl, Zucker, Milch und Eiern zu. Backen
Sie die Pfannkuchen im Pfannkuchenbäcker. Legen Sie eine Kugel Vanilleeis auf
den Pfannkuchen, dann gießen Sie den Karamell über das Eis und streuen die Nüsse
darüber. Den Pfannkuchen zusammenfalten und mit der Sahne garnieren. Sofort
servieren.
