CRÊPES BRESILIENNES Pour 4 personnes
-250g de farine
- ½ litre de lait
-4 oeufs
- Sachet de sucre vanillé
- glace vanille
- mélange de noisettes Brésilienne
- Caramel
- Crème Fraîche
Préparez la pâte pour les crêpes avec la farine, le sucre, le lait et les œufs. Faites cuire
les crêpes sur l’appareil à crêpes.
Posez une boule de glace vanille sur les crêpes. Nappez la glace de caramel et
saupoudrez de noisettes. Pliez les crêpes et décorez avec de la crème fraîche. Servez
immédiatement.
TARTE AUX CRÊPES Pour 4 personnes
- 250g de farine
- ½ litre de lait
- sachet de sucre vanillé
- 4 oeufs
- confiture de fraises
- crème Fraîche
- fraises
- sucre en poudre
Préparez la pâte pour les crêpes avec la farine, le lait, le sucre vanillé et les œufs.
Faites cuire un maximum de crêpes sur l’appareil à crêpes.
Couvrez le fond d’un moule à tarte avec des crêpes. Ajoutez une couche de confiture
de fraises. Ajoutez une couche de crêpes. Enduisez de crème fraîche. Ajoutez une
nouvelle couche de crêpes. Ajoutez une nouvelle couche de confiture de fraises.
Terminez par une couche de crêpes. Décorez la tarte avec de la crème fraîche, des
fraises et du sucre en poudre. Laissez reposer dans le frigo avant de servir.
