6. Conserve el aceite de la freidora en un lugar fresco y sombrío. Si no fríe muy a
menudo, sustituya el aceite cada 5 ó 6 meses.
7. Tire el aceite de freír usado según la reglamentación vigente en su domi-
cilio. No tire nunca aceite usado o grasa en el fregadero o por el váter. Esto
contribuye a la obstrucción del tubo del desagüe y es una irresponsabilidad
ecológica.
N.B. : Sustituir el aceite de freír / grasa después de entre 7 y 10 cocciones
Las recomendaciones arriba indicadas se dirigen a una familia mediana y a un
uso normal.
8. PREPARACIÓN DE ALIMENTOS PARA FREÍR
Cada calentamiento prolongado reduce la calidad del aceite o de la grasa.
Desconecte la freidora después de cada uso.
PATATAS FRITAS FRESCAS
1. No utilice patatas muy nuevas. Córtelas en rodajas.
Limpie las rodajas con agua corriente y séquelas.
2. Cocine sus patatas fritas en dos etapas :
- Primera etapa : 160-165° C : de 5 a 10 minutos (en función de la cantidad)
- Segunda etapa : 170 – 175° C : de 2 a 4 minutos
3. Entre la primera y la segunda etapa se dejan escurrir las patatas fritas.
4. Deje escurrir bien siempre antes de servir.
PRODUCTOS ULTRACONGELADOS
1. Naturalmente, los productos ultracongelados enfrían muchísimo el aceite o la
grasa. Por ello, no utilice porciones demasiado grandes (+ 300g).
2. Agite los alimentos a calentar encima del fregadero para evitar el hielo sobran-
te.
3. Coloque el botón de regulación de temperatura entre 170-175° C. Sumerja la
cesta lentamente en la grasa para freír para evitar que salpique mucho.
