7. Quite la tapa levantándola hacia arriba desde las bisagras.
Tiene que limpiar o sustituir periódicamente los ltros que se encuentran en la

8. Quite la cubeta de recepción de condensación.
• La tapa, la carcasa, la cubeta, la cesta de freír y la cubeta de recepción de con-
densación pueden colocarse en el lavavajillas.
• El panel de control y el enchufe múltiple nunca pueden ser sumergidos en
agua u otra sustancia líquida. El panel de control y el enchufe múltiple pueden
limpiarse con un paño húmedo y con un detergente suave.
• Seque todas las piezas después de la limpieza antes de que se vuelva a montar
la freidora.
7. EL ACEITE
1. La temperatura y la vida útil son los factores más importantes que determinan
el envejecimiento de la grasa de freír.
2. Para que las preparaciones sean saludables y sabrosos es aconsejable cambiar
regularmente el aceite. Además el cambio de aceite regular facilitará el man-
tenimiento de la cubeta y de la cesta.
3. Algunas preparaciones como los productos preparados o muy condimenta-
dos y los preparados con carne, pueden hacer que el aceite envejezca más
rápido de previsto. Sustituya el aceite si se oscurece o ensucia, empieza a oler o
espumea de manera anómala.
4. Cambie todo el aceite de una vez, no mezcle aceite nuevo con el anterior.
5. El ltrado regular del aceite, benecia la calidad de los preparados pero no
impedirá el envejecimiento del aceite.
