Zubereitung
Zubereitung der Marinade: Sojasauce, Zitronensaft, Frühlingszwiebeln und Öl in eine
ache Schale geben. Die Steaks in die Marinade legen und ein paar Mal umdrehen,
sodass sie überall mit der Marinade bedeckt sind. Abgedeckt für 30 Minuten in den
Kühlschrank stellen.
Ofen 6 Minuten lang auf 250°C vorheizen.
Den hohen Grillrost in die Glasschüssel einsetzen. Temperatur auf 240°C
herunterschalten, Steaks zusammen mit den Zwiebeln auf den Grillrost legen und 8
Minuten backen.
Anmerkung: Sie können auch Lachs statt Thunsch verwenden.
GEMÜSE
POMMES FRITES
4 Personen
Kochzeit: 10 – 15 min
Zutaten:
- 4 große Kartoffeln, geschält und gewaschen
Zubereitung:
Dünne Pommes frites schneiden.
Ofen 6 Minuten lang auf 250°C vorheizen.
Den niedrigen Grillrost in die Glasschale einsetzen. Die Pommes frites in einer
Antihaftschale gleichmäßig verteilen. Falls gewünscht können Sie die Pommes frites
noch mit ein bisschen Öl besprenkeln, damit sie besonders knusprig werden.
Temperatur auf 200°C herunterschalten und die Pommes frites 10 Minuten backen.
BLUMENKOHLGRATIN
4-6 Personen
Kochzeit: 15 – 20 min
Zutaten:
1 kleiner Blumenkohl
4 Esslöffel Butter oder Margarine
3 Esslöffel Mehl
1,5 Tassen Milch
¾ Tasse geriebener milder Cheddarkäse
Pfeffer und Salz nach Geschmack
½ Tasse frische Brotbrösel
