GEBRATENES HUHN
Für 4 Personen
Kochzeit: 20 min. pro 250°g, für ein ganzes Huhn ca. 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten.
Zutaten:
1 Huhn
Dressing :
1 Esslöffel Butter
1 kleine Zwiebel, geschält und fein geschnitten
120°g Champignons, fein geschnitten
1,5 Tassen weiche Brotbrösel
1 Esslöffel gehackte Petersilie
1 Teelöffel frischgeriebene Zitronenschale
eine Prise Majoran
eine Prise Muskatnuss
1 Ei
Zubereitung
Das gesamte Fett vom Huhn entfernen.
Butter schmelzen lassen, Zwiebel hinzufügen und 1 Minute lang frittieren lassen.
Champignons dazugeben und 1 Minute lang mitbraten lassen. Brotbrösel, Salz,
Pfeffer, Petersilie, geriebene Zitronenschale, Majoran, Muskatnuss und Ei dazugeben.
Alles gut vermischen. Huhn mit dieser Mischung füllen. Huhn an der Außenseite mit
Pfeffer und Salz einreiben. Ruhen lassen.
Den Ofen 6 Minuten lang auf 250°C vorheizen.
Den unteren Grillrost in die Glasschale einsetzen. Temperatur auf 185°C
herunterschalten. Huhn direkt auf den Grillrost legen und ca. 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten
backen lassen, je nach Gewicht des Huhns. Wenn das Huhn zu schnell braun wird,
können Sie es mit Alufolie abdecken.
GEGRILLTES STEAK
4 Personen
Kochzeit: blutig (bleu): 8-10 min
medium (saignant): 12 min
durchgebraten (bien cuit): 14 min
Zutaten
4 Steaks, ca. 2,5 cm dick
1 Teelöffel Panzenöl
Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack
