2. GEGRILLTE STEAK
4 Portionen
Kochzeit : roh (bleu) : 8-10 Min.
medium (saignant): 12 Min.
durchgebraten (bien cuit) : 14 Min.
Zutaten
- 4 Steak, ungefähr 2,5 cm dick
- 1 Teelöffel pflanzliches Öl
- Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack
Zubereitung
1. Die Steak mit Öl bestreichen und nach Geschmack mit Pfeffer und Salz würzen.
Kurz ruhen lassen.
2. Den Ofen 6 Minuten lang auf 250°C vorheizen.
3. Den hohen Grillrost in die Glasschale stellen. Die Wärme auf 240°C einstellen.
Die Steak direkt auf den Grillrost legen. Mindestens 8 Minuten lang, oder bis die
gewünschte Bratzeit erreicht ist, grillen.
3. GEGRILLTE LAMMKEULE
8 Portionen
Kochzeit : 1 Stunde 40 Min.
Zutaten:
- Lammkeule circa 1 kg.
- 2 Knoblauchzehen, gepellt und gepresst
- 1 Esslöffel frischen fein geschnittenen Rosmarin oder einen Teelöffel getrockneten
Rosmarin
- Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack
Zubereitung :
1. Überschüssiges Fett von der Lammkeule entfernen. Das Fleisch mit Knoblauch
und Rosmarin, Salz und Pfeffer einreiben. Kurz ruhen lassen.
2. Den Ofen 6 Minuten lang auf 250°C vorheizen.
3. Den hohen Grillrost in die Glasschale stellen. Die Temperatur auf 240°C
einstellen. Die Lammkeule direkt auf den Grillrost stellen und 20 Minuten braten.
Die Temperatur auf 200°C einstellen, die ganze Lammkeule mit Aluminiumfolie
abdecken und 80 Minuten lang weiter braten.
