HAUPTGERICHTE
1. GEBRATENES HÄHNCHEN
4 Portionen
Kochzeit : 20 Min. pro 250g, für ein ganzes Hähnchen ungefähr 1 Stunde 20 Min.
Zutaten :
1 Hähnchen
Füllung :
- 1 Teelöffel Butter
- 1 kleine Zwiebel, gepellt und fein geschnitten
- 120g Champignons, fein geschnitten
- 1,5 Tasse weiche Brotkrümel
- 1 Esslöffel gehackte Petersilie
- 1 Teelöffel frischer Zitronensaft
- Eine Messerspitze Majoran
- Eine Messerspitze Muskatnuss
- 1 Ei
Zubereitung
1. Das Fett des Hähnchens entfernen.
2. Butter schmelzen, Zwiebel hinzufügen und 1 Minute braun braten. Die
Champignons hinzufügen und 1 Minute mit braten lassen. Brotkrümel, Salz, Pfeffer,
Petersilie, Zitronensaft, Majoran, Muskatnuss und das Ei hinzufügen. Alles gut
mischen. Das Hähnchen mit dieser Füllung füllen. Die Außenseite des Hähnchens mit
Pfeffer und Salz einreiben. Ruhen lassen.
3. Den Ofen 6 Minuten lang auf 250°C vorheizen.
4. Den Grillrost in die Glasschale stellen. Die Temperatur auf 185°C einstellen. Das
Hähnchen direkt auf den Grillrost stellen und 1 Stunde 20 Minuten braten lassen,
je nach Gewicht des Hähnchens. Wird das Hähnchen zu schnell braun, kann es mit
Aluminiumfolie abgedeckt werden.
