IDENTIFICATION KEY
1. Battery Tie-Down Strap
2. Front-to-Rear Harness
3. Battery Harness
NOTE: Some batteries require the removal of a nut and
bolt when disconnecting the battery cable from the battery
terminal. See gure 19.
To change batteries in Battery Pack Style B (see gure 9):
1. Disconnect the battery harness and remove the battery pack
from the Travel Scooter. See gure 20.
2. Unzip the battery pack to expose the batteries.
WARNING! To avoid confusion when replacing
batteries, replace one battery at a time.
3. Disconnect the black (-) and red (+) battery cables from the
battery terminals of the rst battery.
4. Remove the old battery.
5. Place the new battery into the battery pack.
6. Connect the red battery cable to the positive (+) battery
terminal of the rst battery.
7. Connect the black battery cable to the negative (-) battery
terminal of the rst battery.
8. Repeat steps 3 through 7 for the other battery.
9. Completely zip the battery pack.
10. Reinstall the battery pack and connect the battery harness.

To change batteries in Battery Pack Style C (see gure 9):
1. Remove the seat. See VI “Disassembly and Assembly.”
2. Remove the battery packs from the scooter. Always remove
the left side battery pack rst.
3. Remove the screw from side of pack, then remove the
seven screws from the underside of the pack.
4. Arrange the pack so the handle is facing up and slowly
remove the cover.
5. Disconnect the battery cables from the battery terminals by
removing the nut and bolt from each terminal.
6. Remove the old battery by detaching from velcro.
7. Place a new battery into the battery pack and secure with
velcro.
8. In right battery pack, connect the red battery cable to
the positive (+) battery terminal, then connect the purple
battery cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
9. In left battery pack, connect the purple battery cable to the
positive (+) battery terminal, then connect the black battery
cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
10. Replace the battery pack cover, then reinstall the seven
screws that hold the pack together and tighten.
11. Reinstall screw in side of pack.
12. Reinstall the battery packs onto the scooter and engage the
battery pack locks. Always reinstall the right side battery
pack rst. See gure 21.
13. Reinstall the seat.

  • What is the blue light in the tiller console, mine was on although the battery dial was showing full, free wheel lever was engaged. Please help Submitted on 13-12-2022 at 11:05

    • I have read the manual from front to back and no blue light is mentioned or shown in diagrams. Who is going to know. Answered on 13-12-2022 at 11:17
