Arbeitsweise

Es beruht auf den
elektromagnetischen
Eigenschaften des
Großteils der
Kochgefässe.
Der Stromkreis steuert den
Betrieb der Drosselspule
(Induktor), die ein
Magnetfeld aufbaut.
Die Wärme wird vom
Topf selbst an die Speise
übertragen.
Der Kochvorgang
vollzieht sich wie unten
beschrieben.
- minimaler Verlust (hoher
Wirkungsgrad)
- das Wegnehmen des
Topfes (es genügt das
Anheben) führt zur
Unterbrechung des
Systems.
- das elektronische System
erlaubt größte Flexibilität
und Genauigkeit in der
Regulierung.

Het stroomcircuit regelt de
werking van de
smoorspoel (inductor) die
een magnetisch veld
opbouwt.
De warmte wordt door de
pan zelf aan de spijs
overgedragen.
Het koken voltrekt zich
zoals beneden beschreven.
- minimaal warmteverlies
(hoger rendement);
- het afnemen van de pan
(het optillen is genoeg)
leidt tot de automatische
onderbreking van het
systeem;
- het elektronische
systeem biedt uiterste
flexibiliteit en
nauwkeurigheid van
instelling.
