1. Plaats de binnenpan in het toestel. Leeg de druivenpitolie
in de binnenpan.
2. Selecteer de Sauté-instelling (sauteren). Stel de
temperatuur in op 190 °C en de kooktijd op 15 minuten.
Laat de olie opwarmen.
3. Voeg, nadat de olie is verhit, de paprika’s toe en bak ze
tot ze zacht zijn.
4. Voeg de garnalen toe en roer gedurende 2 minuten.
5. Voeg vervolgens de rijst toe en roer tot deze voldoende
is opgewarmd.
6. Druk een kuiltje in het midden van de rijst en leg de
eieren in het midden van het kuiltje. Kook de eieren 3-4
minuten en roer ze dan door de rijst.
7. Voeg de erwten, sjalotten, sojasaus en oestersaus toe.
Roeren en opdienen.

1 kleine rode paprika, in dunne
reepjes gesneden (ca. 140 g)
450 g middelgrote garnalen,
gepeld en schoongemaakt
2 koppen gekookte rijst
3 eieren, geklopt
½ kopje bevroren erwten,
ontdooid
½ kop gehakte sjalotten
3 el sojasaus
1 el oestersaus
Gebakken rijst met
