BereidingIngrediënten
1. Wrijf het gebraad in met het mengsel van zout, zwarte
peper, knoook, ui en komijn.
2. Plaats de binnenpan in het toestel. Doe de
varkensschouder en het water in de binnenpan. Plaats het
glazen deksel op het toestel.
3. Selecteer de instelling voor langzaam koken. Stel de
temperatuur in op 90 °C en de baktijd op
4. 10 uur. Keer het varkensvlees halverwege de kooktijd om.
5. Giet na aoop van de kooktijd het grootste deel van het
vocht uit de binnenpan af en rul het varkensvlees met
twee vorken. Voeg de barbecuesaus toe en serveer.
ERIC’S TIPP: Uit elkaar getrokken varkensvlees is heerlijk
om te serveren op totcho’s en voor burgers van uit elkaar
getrokken varkensvlees.
